Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PolandComplimentary drink amenities in the room include two bottles of water and one packet of powdered tea - for the entire stay. The hotel does not have an iron one could borrow, which is unthinkable in a three star hotel. The pillow in the room was extremely uncomfortable - I had trouble sleeping. Laundromats are located only inside the hotel spa, which is somewhat inconvenient. Bathroom is not very well designed - to access the sink one has to squeeze in between toilet and the bathtub.

United StatesThe room was too hot to sleep. The in-room combo clock/thermometer showed over 28C. There is a sign in the room stating AC is set the same throughout the hotel, yet the lobby was actually cold. A ceiling fan would have helped.
Room was pleasantly stocked with unexpected amenities, staff very kind and worked well with guests that had little Nihongo abilities. Very cool lobby was welcoming on arrival. Breakfast buffet was outstanding - shrimp were delicious. This hotel was selected for it's convenient location to Nagoya Castle and the Summer Grand Sumo Tournament, a short walk away. Countless restaurants and nightlife are nearby.
