Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A bit better english communication. Not being able to bring guests during day time. Sometimes it smelled like car fumes.
It was a comfortable room that had just enough space. Good bathroom, nice lighting and an okay view. Very useful curtains that could block light and heat from the rising sun that was really beautiful.

The room wasn't really thoroughly cleaned between stays (we stayed at the same room we were in the first reservation). They changed sheets and towels, but no actual cleaning was made, so there were stains in the mirror and hair in the shower drain. the room wasn't soundproofed and there was a hole in the wall that wasn't repaired.
the hotel is well located and connected (there are direct trains from Haneda and Narita to Asakusabashi). It's at walking distance from Akihabara and Asakusa and it's main attractions, from different cafes for breakfast in case you don't want to have at the hotel, restaurants, convenience stores and a 24h laundromat. The staff was very helpful, they were very nice to keep my bag in between reservations for 5 days. My room was at the last floor so I had a view to the Tokyo Tower.

BEST location and value for money--2 min walk to the station and close to everything (yummy restaurants, bakery, bars, convenience stores). Located on a great train line so easy to get from one place to another. My husband and I fit well in the double bed (we are both less than 5'10 and medium body size/type) hence no issues

Walking distance from a metro station (direct one to Haneda and Narita), has restaurants and kobinis near by, soundproof room, very comfortable and daily cleaned. Very helpful staff!

Checkout time is 10am which is a bit early compared, but they do let you store your luggage for free.
Amazing location between two subway stations and with 3 convenience stores nearby, as well as bars and restaurants. Room size good for 1 person and 1 big luggage. Room very clean and lots of amenities - I like that they give spray for your clothes. Lots of plug points.

The hotel was close to public transport train and buses, a short commute to the the local attractions. The hotel was in a quiet location, there were 7 Elevens and Lawson's convenience stores and bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Pillows are awwwwwwful. My only critique. They suck!
So close to Asakusabashi station (which can take you anywhere quickly), and so many amazing restaurants, bars and shops. There is a coin laundry and microwave - came in handy after sweating buckets in the humid weather. Staff are friendly. Rooms are kind of small but I literally didn't need a lot of space in the grand scheme of things. Also the shower was brilliant - good temperature control and good water pressure

The room size, while fine for a solo traveler, might be a bit cramped for two people and reminded me of my university dorm days. Additionally, I found it odd that the A/C and lights stayed on even after removing the room key card.
The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the Keikyū Airport Line (light blue line), making the journey from the airport quick (< 40 mins) and straightforward. Shinjuku is just a 20-minute ride away via the Chūō-Sōbu Line (yellow line), Yamanote line is reachable through Akihabara Station (about 15 mins walk) and the Asakusa area is easily reachable on foot in about 30 minutes—perfect for early morning walks to Senso-ji Temple. The staff were exceptionally polite, spoke perfect English, and always ready to help. There are several kombinis, restaurants and bars just a few steps away, adding to the overall convenience. Also, the room was properly soundproofed and was cleaned every 3 days.

It isn’t necessary something thats bad, it’s just a different culture. I felt very watched because I got greeted every single time I entered or left. Also when I was going to do my laundrey everytime I had to pass the counter I was greeted. Made me a little uncomfortable as someone that comes from a culture where one greeting is the norm. Haha but that’s minor, thats a me problem. The staff is very kind and helpful though!
Very central place only like 5 minute walk from Asakusabashi station. Close to the central street with all nice restaurants. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Strange mention but the showerhead was sooo nice it had this soft spray function I love. Oh and I also got a welcoming gift and I thought that was very cute. A very good hotel chain!

The hotel was located nearby train station on which had made my trip mush easier. The staff also were very helpful, and there is no extra charge for the baggage storage on the same day even after checkout. Recommended.

Communicating with hotel staff was sometimes difficult as little English was spoken. But having said this there are many translating apps available.
Breakfast was Japanese style no european breakfast available. Nevertheless the hotel is sited amongst many cafes that serve good food at affordable prices. The hotel is sited 2 minutes walk from Asakusabashi station on the airport line giving easy access to both Narita and Haneda airports. A large variety of good outlets at very affordable prices and variety.
