Hotel staff was welcoming, and friendly. Lobby was small, but homey. My room was smaller than I expected although it was enough for just one person. I felt safe being there alone .

About the only negative I had was that everytime I bumped the headboard of my bed, all the lights would flicker. I was in room 911.

The room was small but intimately cozy, the temperature was well-regulated, and the room was well-equipped. I enjoyed my one-night, last-minute stay there very much and would not hesitate to try another APA hotel in the future. Besides the proximity to Akihabara itself to the west, there were also a good number of supermarkets and other facilities nearby -- I recommend visiting the supermarket called Life to the northeast of this hotel, past about 8-8:30 pm for 30% off bento boxes and past 9 pm for 50% off a bunch of them. The staff were also excellent and not only held my luggage for me after checkout for a couple of hours but also lent me an umbrella so I could go walk around while waiting for my next connection.

The room itself was small but the bathroom was tiny. I'm not a big guy but moving around in the bathroom was difficult.

The hotel was very close to Akihabara station so traveling in and around Tokyo was relatively simple. The TV had access to video on demand and there were a few anime shows that were worth watching. The staff were pleasant and would greet people when they entered the hotel.

This is picky but there wasn’t any streaming (broadcast or through apps like Netflix or YouTube) on the TV, just casting and a sparse on demand.

Honestly nicer than I expected! The amenities were nice (the room pajamas were full on yukata) and everything felt very clean and comfortable.

Every time you put your card in the room to activate the electricity the TV would also automatically turn on. Only thing I can think off ...

Building looked modern and was very close to akihabara station. Room got cleaned everyday. A panel next to the bed let's you control all the lights and AC.

nothing really, except the area was a bit shady but japan is a relatively safe country so we weren’t that worried.

The hotel was very nice and spacious, the area was very quiet but it’s walking distance away from the bustling streets of akihabara and it’s also really close to the train station. The staff did very well assisting us with everything we needed.

1 lift for 11 floors, can get abit slow and crowded during peak period. Heating didn't always work.. but duvet was nice and warm.

The location was ideal and only a five min walk from the Main Street. Staff was super friendly and delicious food very close by. It’s also a very short walk to the train station so getting around was a breeze.

Great location for any otaku, just a few minutes walk from Akiba. Located on a quite street so there was no noise from the surroundings.
