We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

There are free on-demand movies you can watch on the TV. There is an ice machine and microwave on the ground floor. Staff are very warm and friendly.

United StatesYou have to walk to get to their coin laundry, which was fine by me, but I'm a generally able-bodied person. If you have mobility issues, check with the front desk if there are any accommodations that can be made.
I liked that everything I needed to know about the availability of facilities, available services, how the front desk could support my stay there, etc. were all clearly outlined through the TV monitor in my room. The station was also only a short walk away.

Very good location - in a great spot from the Train Station and popular spots in Akihabara. Near Tokyo and Ueno station too. It is also located in great alley ways with many amazing food choices. Staff was friendly and easy check in/check out processes.

United StatesI never figured out the controls for the air conditioner and heater, but it wasn't a necessity. With 3 luggages, it could be a bit cramped, but you could put it under the bed. Everytime I had to reorganize my luggage, it felt a bit cramped, but without it, the room was big for a single person.
Staff was kind and helpful whenever needed. The room had free entertainment on the television and had some access to other services that you may need (should you choose to use it). Location is great with a lot of food spots nearby and Akihabara station a quick walk away.

CanadaBathroom is bit small even for one person. Sometimes it is difficult to arrange bathroom personal tools in the room because of space. The view from the window is blocked by other surrounded buildings.
The location of the hotel is walking distance (5 min) from Akihabara station. It is easy to reach the train and move around Tokyo. Room was clean. Staff is always polite and try to fulfil your requests.

Hotel itself is a very short walk from JR Akihabara, Tsukuba Express, and Hibiya subway line, but tucked away in a quiet location with a few great restaurants right next door. WiFi is fast, room layout has all the amenities one would want, and a good bed with comfy pillows. Perfect place for a business layover...
