Center of Shinjuku! Good quality for the price. APA standard. There is complicated semi-automated process of checkin you need to do yourself but lucky for us a staff member helped us with it so it went quick.

There was just one lift in the hotel, so occassionally you have to wait for this. It's worth noting that the hotel is right in the middle of the red light district in Shinjuku which may not appeal to everyone.

The room was bigger than expected for Tokyo. Very cosy. My room was on the 15th floor so I was not bothered by noise at night. Very central location, easy transport connections to the airport and other parts of Tokyo.

One of our rooms had bad smoke odor on a non smoking floor. Fortunately was replaced upon request. The area is a bit loud and near the redlight district and might not be ideal for families with small kids

I liked that it was located at the center of Shinjuku where all the action is. Establishments closes later in the evening and convenience and drug stores abound. The ammenities were complete and checking in a breeze.

Brillant location, in the heart of everything, check in & out super fast & easy. Leave bag after check out and all service are smooth & friend, we got our room request that was much appreciated, overall really enjoy our stay just for 1 night, should have booked this hotel for the first 7 nights in a neighbouring hotel that room was smaller, older & more expensive compared to APA. Would defo choose APA next time….

The only part I would suggest the Hotel to improve is to properly organize the Check-in and check-out time. The elevator was busy most of the time.

The lifts can be slow but it's a minor issue.

This property is well appointed, excellent location right in the middle of things and outside never stops. Overall we were really happy we chose this place to stay. The rooms are tiny but thats par for the course in Tokyo. The downstairs restaurant is great to with lovely staff.

One elevator for 15 something floors is not enough - I don't know how is it even allowed in Japan. Also, very small room and bathroom as usual as expected from APA.

Hotel could not have been more central. Yet, with the windows closed, very quiet. Bed next to window with lots of sunlight. Helpful staff.

Extremely tiny room, Japanese standards, I guess. If you want luxury and comfort, this isn't for you. No safe in room.

In the Centre of Shinjuku, walking distance to some attractions and a couple of underground train stations. Value for money. Quiet on the upper floors.

Adhering to the average APA standard in Osaka. The Indian breakfast wasn’t my favorite. The staff seemed rather grumpy and not very helpful during my stay

The location is convenient, just a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, and surrounded by many eateries and shopping. The location is top-notch, right in the action, which is a big plus.

The second time the room was cleaned it was sloppy. Not enough space to open a suitcase… but you can’t really change that.

Staff couldn’t really speak much English, so it was harder to communicate. Also the rooms were very small. No connecting rooms.

The room was a bit old and dirty. There was a lot of dust. There was also a lot of noise you can hear from the streets below, but that wouldn't be bad for people wanting to experience the nightlife of Shinjuku

Lots of towels and nice staff, very helpful. The location was great if you are younger than 30 and like to party all night.

Check-out time at 10am is quite early

The location was perfect, many restaurants and shops nearby. It took abt 10 mins to walk to the Shinjuku station. Family mart also 5mins walk.
