We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Overall we had a great stay, small hotel, clean, easy to access, close to the Kyoto station, but a bit far from the main attractions in Kyoto, walking distance 20-30min , matrass was a bit hard for my back but my husband was ok with it, the hotel and the room very very clean.

RomaniaBreakfast was a disaster. Eventhough most of the guests wer foreigners, the breakfast buffet was japanesse. I find this completely disrespectul to its guests. I understand their of not speaking english even at front desk but a good hospitality incorporates its guests habits. Eventhough a like japanesse cuisine, is hard to eat teriaky and sweet scrambled eggs in the morning. We bought boiled aggs an bread, cheese , fruits to eat in the morning.

United KingdomI had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Good facilities, with an excellent buffet breakfast. The room was a good size as was the bathroom, comfortable bed, and pillows. It was about 2km from. Kyoto station and a short walk (800m) to Omiya station. Buses to other areas ran nearby, so getting around was pretty easy.
