The front desk was fun and the bath was great except it only runs for a short time. We hoped to take another bath in the morning but it was out of time. But overall we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

Bathroom somewhat tight, TV doesn't allow smart TV connection, difficult interface.

My wife liked the hot spring but I couldn't go because I have tattoos. The walk to nearby shops and restaurants is about 15 minutes but there is a McDonalds, outlet shops, and a ferris wheel. The transportation to the airport is a quick 5 minute subway over the ocean. We were city side view but ocean side is probably nice.

There's a little robot in the room that talks a lot and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. My friend was a bit creeped out that the robot had a camera on it too.

It is a great location, very close to the airport and you can walk to a beach and shopping. We had an early flight in the morning so it was great how easy and quick it was to get to the airport. The dinosaurs are fun too.

It was a great hotel near the airport. The onsen was just spectacular and the room was confy. The restaurant is also very decent and the ribs they served were mouth watering. I liked the detail of the dinosaur receptionists. It surely was a fun experience.

Lose the Robots and especially the Raptor Dinosaurs. The idea that guests should be greeted by a pair of Reptilian predators is a bit strange to us. You should try more pleasant Avatars or keep hiring pleasant humans. We had to call someone out of the office anyway to ask a question. Also, our taxi driver could not initially find the hotel which was only a few miles from the airport. You may want to advertise the location a little more. GPS takes you to a bridge that is above the hotel.

Breakfast was first class. Love the buffet, the selection and the location by the ocean!

Unfortunately we couldn't experience the onsen as my husband has tattoos on his arms, which was ashame.

The hotel was in a great location for the airport in Osaka, and a ten minute walk from the station. The check-in/check out was fun as it was operated by dinosaurs 🦕.

There was a smell of something burned in our room when we arrived, but it got better after airing it out a bit. The beds were quite hard.

It was a good hotel to stay at the night before our departure from the Kansai International Airport. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the station. It was very easy to get to the airport from there in the morning. The hotel guests have free access to the adjoining spa with public baths, a café and a tatami room with books. It was a nice way to relax on our final evening in Japan.

Very nice room. The dinosaur robots that were the checkin service were very novel, and actually very effective. Glad there was a human backup as needed too. The public mineral bath was very clean and spacious. The restaurant was excellent and the view of the ocean spectacular.

Loved the proximity to Kansai Airport, train station and last day shopping areas. The view from room was gorgeous and a great well priced meal in restaurant.

I didn't realize that the hotel was embracing its name "henna" (which means "strange" in Japanese). The front desk is manned by two animatronic dinosaurs (who stand and greet you in front of an automatic check-in machine). There is also a robot "concierge" in every room, which I felt a little creepy about (its eyes glow yellow when it's listening to you). That's not exactly my vibe, but other guests seemed to find it amusing and/or convenient. The location on the water is very nice, but you should know that from Rinku Town train station, it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel past a lot of parking lots and a nice park until you get to the waterside hotel. That is doable, but the hotel is definitely set up for those with cars.

The view of the ocean from my room was very nice. It's fairly convenient to Rinku Town station/shopping, and KIX airport on the other side of the bridge. I arrived too late to use the hot springs (onsen) but I'm sure that is very relaxing.

Bed was quite firm, pillows no good at all, flat and hard.

Loved the dinosaurs at check in. Convenient for late arrival, close to airport $40.00 fare. Restaurant was lovely food. Room with space, view of water. Close to train station.

The automated checkin is missing any staff at reception. The hotel advertises late checkout but there is no one to arrange the late checkout with. It is missing a personal touch, and it would be nice to have some introduction, as the hotel has a little confusing layout. The breakfast was also subpar in comparison to other hotels. However, still good value for the money. On another hand, the hotel has a nice view of the sea and sunset.
