It was a little hard to eat breakfast in such a small and packed space.

Super comfy room, very clean. Pretty good size for Japan hotels. The human staff (ha ha) was very nice and attentive. The hotel has the option to rent a hair straightener for 300 yen, which comes in handy and also a VR set for 1000 yen. It's nice to have snacks and drinks all day long too. You can also leave your luggage safely in a locker free of charge.

Asked for rooms on the same floor. They could not accommodate. Result: ended up getting additional key card to access other floor. Not ideal.

The room, location, and breakfast were sufficient. This is a good budget option hotel. The raptors at the front desk were entertaining. A weird hotel indeed. Complimentary cocktails were nice.

Breakfast is simple but nice, however there is not enough room. You can take to your room though if you prefer!

When you do need to speak to someone it can be a little bit frustrating as it takes a while for someone to respond. The dinosaur interaction seems to imply that humans will be called and with you shortly but that doesn’t actually happen. Instead, there is a phone in the corner by the toiletries where you’re supposed to call the humans.

It’s a fun concept with the robot dinosaur front desk “team”. Breakfast and happy hour was neat and adequate. The rooms are efficient, comfortable and clean. Can’t ask for more.

One morning the lady who was assigned that time on preparing breakfast was rude . She did not allow us take something to eat even 15 minutes and said they will open dining 6:30am. I have my child with me during that time. We cannot have riceball or breads. Instead my daughter only ate cereal. Also every guest are allowed to take 2 pcs of riceball each. But for some reasons i dont know what she was thinking she only gave us 4 pcs riceball for us 2 adults. What about my child?

The vents were filthy, filled with dust, and noisy. The room felt stuffy, and there were dirt stains on the carpet.

The dinosaurs at the reception are very cool. The bed was large and comfortable.

The breakfast was very basic. There were not many options.

The receptionists in the hotel are robot dinosaurs. It was fun the do the check-in this way. Also there are free lockers to be used if arriving before check in time. The location also was very good. Near to metro stations and there were lot of activities nearby.

Checking in with the dino robots was a fun experience, although some of the kids seemed to be scared of them. Breakfast was included and was good - a few vegetarian options available (although not marked as such). The bedroom was comfortable with a private bathroom.

Fridge not super cold. Only 3 hard pillows. Walls need paint touch up. Prefer hotel rooms without carpet (most Japanese hotels have it). This one needed cleaning. Most do.

King size bed and separate wet bathroom made for comfortable stay. Room was bright, even though windows had a translucent film covering, to obscure the view of neighboring building. Lovely simple breakfast. Great neighborhood. Dinosaur check in was fine and there was always staff on site.

Breakfast and breakfast space could be better.

Small but comfortable rooms. Excellent location and easy check-in/check-out. Great money for value. It has Dinosaurs!
