Easy check-in and check-out process. We each got our own comfortable bed (3 beds). The LG Styler was useful to freshen up clothes in between washings, and it was convenient to have coin operated washer and dryer in the lobby. We also liked that we had a mini fridge in the room and access to a microwave downstairs. Pajamas, toothbrushes, washcloths, razors, and q-tips are available for guests in the lobby too. There also is an electric kettle for water and green tea in the rooms. Vending machines, manga library, and a machine/bags for vacuum packing your things also available. While the room was compact, we expected this, and we had room to store and do everything we needed to do in the room. We felt quite comfortable. Room was quiet too. Location in good proximity to stations. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby too.

The room is quite small. After a couple of days this becomes a bit of an anoyance when travelling with a fellow traveller.

The room looks nice, modern and clean. Well equiped. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and you can easily reach a metro.

My daughter speaks some Japanese but there may have been difficulty entering information at reception on the tablet if no Japanese was spoken by the guest. Perhaps option of translation may be helpful.

There was extra assistance available from a staff member to retrieve our luggage which had been sent from Osaka and we appreciated that. Staff members who spoke to us were very friendly and welcoming.

I didn't like the fact that you have to request for a full cleaning, they have an eco friendly cleaning plan and unless you ask for it (Looks like you can ask for it every day for a long stay?) they don't do a complete clean up. They however do a good job at it when you request a full clean up. Your prefered cleaning plan should be asked to you during check in.

Very good for price and excellent location if you are planing to travel around the city using metro. Also close to a park you can chill and there is a 7Eleven next to it.

Rooms a little small by ‘normal’ standards, but probably fine by Tokyo standards. No luggage forwarding assistance offered by the hotel, had to do this myself at the local 7 eleven.

Location was great, very reasonably priced, plenty of free amenities.

Hotel with friendly atmosphere, good location, well equipped, tasty breakfast. Happy windows could be opened and we had fresh air without need of AC.

The room was a bit cramped and it was hard to open large luggage.

The twin room was as shown in the pictures. We loved the LG Styler and used it frequently during our stay. The location was really convenient and close to a train station. The room was also tidy and clean. The bathroom was a full bathroom with a lot of standing space. Extra amenities are available in the lobby. The hotel felt secure since you can only access the floor you stayed on.

Room was a little small for three people - it was listed as a triple room but seemed like a twin room with an additional third bed. The additional bed for the third person wasn’t as comfortable.

Decent location close to a metro station whilst at a very competitive price. LG Styler in the room can be used to help freshen your clothes. Although robot reception, staff are still on hand to assist if needed. A few bookshelves of manga next to the laundry facilities are also available to borrow at no additional cost.

Breakfast is actually in the Irish bar so a little odd it's but it kinda works. There is no seating area downstairs unlike other Henn na hotels we stayed at but I guess again they use the bar for that. But be nice to have a breakout area even if small to make a phone call or to get space from the small rooms.

Rooms are small but to be expected, bathroom area has 2 rooms so that seemed more spacious. Super clean. Good location, area seemed much nicer than the previous part of Tokyo that we stayed. It was also nice after 3 weeks of traveling around, to have an Irish Bar right next door to chill out and have a drink if you wanted to get out the room. Also a 7/11 is a 30 seconds walk.
