Nothing to complain about

Compared to others hotel in Tokyo, this one has quite spacious rooms. Nice and comfortable bed, good bathroom. Two stations that connect well with the city center and I liked the robots.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a double room and were lucky that we did travel with backpacks as the rooms are small and do not offer cupboards to store the clothes. But as we were most of the time outside discovering Tokyo it was totally fine for us. Also the breakfast was good and the use of washing machine and dryer.

Nothing! Was only a little small! But that’s expected!!

It was great! Very clean, very modern, had room service every couple of days & fresh towels daily. Buffet breakfast was great value (eggs, toast, yoghurt, curry/ noodles etc.) Friendly staff helped us sign in to the hotel, great price value. Location was 5 mins walk from the train station.

Room was quite small for 3 people, small space, can't move around freely. The price for the room in quite expensive, almost 500MYR per night, considered expensive if compare to my country.

Many restaurants and convenience stores are around the hotel, easy to get food. Comfortable to stay. Hotel is quite near to Tameike-sannō Station, 10 mins walk.

was as expected for the price - would have liked to have some extra bath supplies - maybe some facial cleanser or bath salts, but only had hand wash, body wash and shampoo and conditioner bottles in room. could get razor and shaving cream from downstairs.

great size room with LG styler and large tv. couldn't get chrome cast to work but that is not unusual- robots were lame as expected - hoping for a dinosaur. human intervention required but all part of the fun. good position between metro stations. not too much hassle to get back to central or airport- one change of train. Lockers and luggage storage reasonable at 100 and 200 yen respectively considered reasonable. we booked 2 rooms and arrived early, and charged only 200 for our 4 bags.

Wasn’t clean enough. They have a cleaning policy that is just not enough. Also there was a staple pin inside my pillow that stabbed me in the face. Not enough human interaction with staff, everything is computerized which is great when everything goes smoothly but problematic if you need help.

Self checkin was amusing but a bit cumbersome. Filling in a long questionnaire was unnecessary in our opinion.

It’s a good hotel in a very pleasant neighbourhood. There are 3 metro stations at 200-600 metres from the hotel. There are great restaurants nearby, a couple of 7-Elevens, and even a proper supermarket - Yoshiike Akasaka. We can strongly recommend visiting Hie Shrine (5 min to walk) and Toyokawa Inari Shrine (15 min to walk).

Trash bins in the room too small, the air conditioning right above the bed might not suit everyone

Location is amazing, near to many restaurants, shops and metro station. Very easy check-in and check-out. Convenient lockers downstairs in case you arrive before check-in. Everything was clean, the room was small, but we did not mind.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean enough. The remote control for air conditioning was sticky and someone’s contact lens was on the back side :(

The location was good, near Akasaka station and it was quite easy to reach other subways and attraction sites. The breakfast was really rich, with european and local dishes. Despite having a pub at the 1st floor, the room was silent. There is a selection of manga that customers can read.

Room was a bit small (which we expected); no space under bed to place luggage, so make sure to pack light!

Quieter area, fairly close to three different metro lines, 7-11 just next door, plenty of food options near the hotel. Handy having Chromecast with TV. Coin laundry on second floor, and enjoyed having the LG styler to refresh our clothes.
