It’s very well located a few minutes wall from Otorii station. Very clean and quiet. Shuttle to airport. Microwave facilities. No staff at check in just a couple of dinosaurs and a robot. Easy check in

The staff were attentive and the dinosaurs are super cute. The hotel was close to a subway station and had a few places to eat near by.

Could not find where to get shuttle bus at airport,but too tired after long flight to check the website for more instructions, so got a taxi. Probably saved us the wait for the bus. Had to get help with computer checkin

Self checkin (after 18 hours, no sleep) was not easy. The credit card instructions were not in English, and we had visas, not IC. Luckily, another guest helped us because there was no staff and a long line waiting to checkin .

Modern, clean, quiet. Free airport shuttle was wonderful- hotel instructions for finding the pickup location were excellent. Breakfast was good.

The only staff are a female robotoid, but all was very easy at check in. Great room, space and facilities to heat up food or make a cup of coffee. Great location.

The vending machine doesnt take the new 1000 yen notes. I wanted to buy an icecream for some coins in return that I wanted to use in the dryer, I only had the new notes. Luckily an employer was walking around and he helped me out. Sometimes the employer is not around but there is a phone to reach servicedesk in the check in area and you get connected to an employer who is on the premises.

I liked the talking dinosaurs upon check in. I liked the bathtub and most of all I liked the breakfast. Delicious curries, coffee and pastries!!

Very clean very comfortable and at a competitive price. Close to Tokyo train network. Lots of good restaurants and eateries within a short walk.

Rooms were tiny and not much space for luggage, but its to be expected in Japan.

Rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was small but was adequate. Check-in and check out procedures were easy. Free airport shuttle was a nice bonus.

acceptable size but slightly tight, to be expected from business hotel. Laundry is remarkably upcharged even for a hotel. While it's really nice to be close to haneda airport, keep in mind that if your flight is in the evening that you take a bit farther to get to tokyo (but if you're trying to do things in yokohama you're in luck)

good location reasonable price and pretty solid business hotel sized room. Lots of manga available for if you're waiting on laundry. Extremely odd gimmick dinosaurs.

The room was extremely tight for 4 people. Beds were a little hard, but comfortable enough for a nights sleep. The shuttle was not available after checkout which ended up being inconvenient

Check in was fun. No human interaction, everything was automated and completed through robots. Very efficient! Toiletries were available at front, loved the washer and dryer.

Would be nice to have the option of checking in a bit earlier than 3pm as it got a bit crowded as people waited.

Not a place i would stay several nights cause the rooms are small

We spent the night there because we had an early plane. It's very close from the Otorii station wich is 2 Station from terminal 3 of the airport We didnt use the Shuttle because it was too early but again the subway was very convenient The rooms are small but clean and confortable The robots in the lobby are fun, but there are also real people to help ! There a little streets around the hôtel that are nice to wall through and even some restaurants that seemed nice

It is fun to make the check in with a dinosaur but I prefer human contact.

The hotel is well located and provides you all you need to have a comfortable night before taking the plane at Haneda. There is a free shuttle service in the mornings and late afternoon from/to the airport. The reception has no staff but the driver of the transfer is really kind.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable and it was placed right below a ventilation valve (not the AC), which was a bit unpleasant and cold during the night. Also a low summing noise outside the room, which was a little bit annoying.

The room was nice. The regular beds are comfortable. Nice bathroom. Very close to Haneda airport. Free shuttlebus to the airport every hour. Clean. No problems with automatic check in and check out.

The place is clean, and the location is quiet. The free airport shuttle is an added convenience.

Unfortunately as it is a trend these days, there is no human behind the welcoming desk and we have to do the paperwork to check in ourselves on the machine which is very annoying when you are travelling.
