Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaChecking in is via a kiosk and if you’ve booked more than one room, you will need to check in room by room even though the booking was done at once by the same person . Anyway someone came to our help quite quickly when we pressed on the help button despite it being midnight.
It’s located very near to Haneda Airport Terminal and the hotel has a free shuttle bus service that runs between the airport and the hotel and vice versa . You’ve just got to look up the bus schedule on the web and know where the pick up point is .

It's an automated hotel, but there are dinosaurs at the desk for check in. Can't beat dinosaurs. The process was smooth and easy for check in and check out. The room was clean and well-equipped. Close enough to the airport to taxi without it costing an arm and a leg. The hotel is only a block away from a major road, across which there's a convenience store.

CanadaThe location is fantastic for getting to the airport, but it's quite inconvenient to get to center tokyo which we ended up having to do, so keep that in mind when booking.
I checked in with a dinosaur. That's rad. Room was fantastic, one of the best rooms I've had in tokyo, and the best bathroom I've had in tokyo. Lobby area lounge was great too for hanging out post checkout. Checkout at 11 instead of 10 was also nice.

The location was great if you want to get to the airport without stress. This hotel is very close to the airport and shuttle is provided. I especially liked the self-service luggage locks, and small bag lockers provided in case you're earlier than check in time or check out is earlier than your flight. You can wander around without luggage in tow. Check in and out of the hotel were automated but help was just a phone call away if needed. Also liked the LG styler in our room which refreshed my clothes.

FranceBeing helped to check in at reception by a talking dinosaur is really quite something! Definitely different! The location is superb as it's a very short walk from Otorii rail station, and there are lots of places to eat in the area. The room was well appointed and the beds comfy. The free shuttle service to Haneda airport is an excellent feature.

AustraliaCheck in process was a bit gimmicky. We have heard about the robots at check in, which was cool, until we realised that somehow, they had spelled my name incorrectly. I booked through Booking.com so I'm certain I put my name in correctly. They had one staff member floating around, who tried to help but even he couldn't get it to work. Eventually after approx 10 mins of trying, we were checked in. He was the only staff member we saw on our entire stay, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, if you dislike speaking with other people then the lack of person-to-person interaction might be a good thing for you?
location is great if you are flying out of Haneda airport. they have a free shuttlebus (fits 20 people, first come, first served). a short walk to the train station as well if you are planning to take the train, it's on the Haneda airport line. the room was pretty spacious; we travelled as a couple. The one staff member we met was helpful.

Super close to a Family Mart, which is very convenient. Also close to a main road, so if you need a taxi, it's easy to find one. Single night stay in order to catch an early flight, so this was exactly what we wanted and needed.
