Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Good enough to get your stomach fed and get your day going, but don't expect a buffet or vast number of choice. They offer 3 breakfast sets. Drinks and rice is unlimited refill though. Try to get a room facing away from the main road. It can be noisy with some people reving their bikes/cars in the night.
Very close to the subway station if you don't want to walk from JR station to the hotel. Big modern TV screen in your room and decent bed comfort. Room size is okayish.

Something to note about parking, I would recommend an experienced driver to navigate the reverse parking or exit, but otherwise the area was easy once we were shown where to park by the staff. They put our names on the space so it was all ours. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, near the Sakae and Osu shopping areas. Easy access to JR Nagoya Station and Nagoya Castle. Self checkin was easy and no fuss, while there were baggage ports for folks who arrived early. You won’t see robot dinosaur concierges here, but to me that was a plus. Also the LG clothes styler cabinet made laundry drying a pleasure instead of relying on the often weak ventilators in Japanese hotel bathroom cubicles.

United StatesCheckin was really difficult. It's automated like all Henn-na hotels but this one was "more" than the usual. When we pushed the "help" button, a guy did come immediately, only to push the same automated buttons on the computer checkin screen. Duh.
Rooms were very new, clean, and overall comfortable. Showers strong. The shelves were a little awkward. Quiet and large rooms for family (got the biggest family room).
