Very clean, strong wifi, close to train station and restaurants with plenty of grocery stores around. They also provide coffee and tea bags, shaver, comb, toothbrush and ice cubes at the ground level. There is also washing machine at ground level which is coin operated (inclusive of laundry soap).There is an area to leave your luggage as well.

The sofa bed we had required to hotel to prepare for us before is VERY HARD.

The hotel location is near by Fushimi MRT station, well it’s so convenient. And the room is also cleaned and comfortable,the beds is soft to let us have good sleep. The TV has Netflix and other hotel services which you could inquire laundry and restaurant are fully reserved or be used, it’s help us to save more time to confirm these status without going to by my own.

1. Number of pillows. i just don't know why they have cute pillows. I would really really love to have tons of pillows. 2. Not so remarkable housekeeping. Day 2 - they forgot to fix the bed. day 3 - there was no waste bag in the toilet. day 4 - they did not fix the blower. Small details that they forget. Would be helpful if they have a checklist. 3. There's not triple room. I had to book two rooms. But overall, still good.

1. Close to the station. Walking distance, and it was really helpful since we have luggage. 2. Typical Japanese hotel - compact, but still with hairdryer, Japanese tub (and that's a big plus), mini fridge, TV that was so helpful with sharescreening via phone. 3. Smooth check-in and check-out.

We tried breakfast at the cafe downstairs once but it was not worth the money, you can choose between Japanese, local or American (or English I don't remember). The portion was small and everything was cold, we needed to heat the food which was complicated because nobody speaks English.

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel, location was close to subway station and restaurants, room was spacious and clean. It was possible to rent a VR for a day for small fee, we used also hotel washing machine (you can check from your room whether it's available or used right now).

Rooms are clean and convenient. Room accessories are considered realistic and convenient with good grades. Location of the hotel is less than 3 minutes walk from Fushimi subway station and also is near Marunouchi subway station. It is next to Nagoya station and also is near Sakae station which is the center of Nagoya city. Breakfast are served at the first floor restaurant. You can select from 3 different plate sets. Japanese traditional, western and Nagoya-Meshi type. All dishes are organic and comes from selected farmers.

Breakfast was a set meal, there were three options, one more western and two Japanese. The food was good, but a bit more choice would've been better.

It's very close to a subway station. Room was spacious and had the best bathroom so far, with separate spaces for shower/bath, toilet and sink.

The breakfast was disappointing. You can choose between being served a traditional Japanese, a Nagoya style and a western style breakfast. None were particularly good, with the "western" one being quite bad. I integrated the offerings with snacks bought at the nearest conbini. If I ever came back I would just book the room, without meals.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the metro station. The room was comfortable, albeit smallish. Normal for Japan. Toiletries and night gowns freely available at the reception. Several conbini nearby. The check-in is automated, but the staff is available to help. I once mistakenly left my room without bringing the key with me and the concierge helped me out immediately and very kindly.

I enjoyed basically every aspect of the hotel. The checking and check-out was very easy and the staff were alway there in case there was a problem. Very quiet. For someone from abroad (Spain), the japaness style breakfast was delicious. Also, the hotel reception had shelves full of very updated manga to enjoy. Sad that I could not read them because I do not know the language but it was very cool.

Lack of washing machines - there were only two.

Accessible location. Spacious and clean room. Able to monitor the availability of washing machines from room/phone. There is a LG Styler (i.e. Steam Closet) in the room for use!

The staff went above and beyond in helpfulness for us. Was really impressed. The rooms weren't large but were tidy and comfortable. The location is excellent.

The breackfast at least western stile is not so good. There air conditioning switch off in automatic when you leave the room, so when you return to your room the temperature is unconfortable

The hotel is in a good location just few step away from the exit of the subway, the room are new and clean, the hotel is completely mechanized but if requested the staff respond quickly and is helpful.
