Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaWe selected Henn na because of its proximity to Fushimi station as we needed to access the subway system. Henn na was only 100m from the entrance to the subway. The breakfast choices were fantastic. Western style and let's face it when you travel to Japan how could you NOT opt for a Japanese-style breakfast at the restaurant downstairs - the Nagoya Set. Both breakfast menus were very generous in the size of their servings and with access to free options like fruit juice, tea, coffee and of course rice, and raw egg! The room facilities were comfortable, the bathroom and bedding served our purpose as we stayed only 1 night but on TWO occasions. Would we stay there again? DEFINITELY! as it was away from the hustle and bustle of Nagoya's main station and yet within a 35-minute stroll or a 5-minute subway trip.

MalaysiaWe've stayed for 5 nights, but the hotel only provide "complete cleaning" every 3 days. Which means, throughout our stays, only one proper cleaning has been performed. On the other days, the cleaner generally just replace the towels, make up the bed and throw the trash. there was one day we returned to our room and realize the plastic bag for the trash bin was not put properly while the bin lid was put on the chair.
Convenient location just 2-3 mins walk from Fushimi station, but travelers with big & heavy luggage may find it challenging (there are lifts available from the station but need to take a longer route). Hotel is located in between Nagoya station and Sakae, which is a plus point. Fushimi station also provide direct route to Ghibli Park. Our room is spacious, with 2 double bed + a sofa bed. There are umpteen space to open up 3 luggage. The LG Styler closet style cleaning machine is super useful. We use it to freshen, sanitize or dried our clothes. Washing machines are available at 2nd floor, you can view their availability from the TV in your room which is very convenient.

AustraliaProperty was fine! Nothing really not up like.
Very well appointed and comfortable. Helpful staff. We booked out early due to the Typhoon but they kindly let us have our rooms back after the bullet train was cancelled.

TaiwanThe room is compact, but is able to satisfy most of my demands. I can see the hotel’s attentiveness by the set-up of the room. There are enough electric sockets beside the bed and the desk. I can also turn on/off the light of the room by pressing the buttons beside the bed. The bed is very cozy to lie on which makes me have a good sleep quality. LG steam closet is convenient to remove the clothes’ odor and bacteria after a day. Moreover, I’m quite impressed by the cleaness of the room which is 11/10.

AustraliaThe breakfast, especially the "western" option leaves much to be desired, comes with rice bread and cold eggs and custard. It's not a standard buffet. My mistake, I should have tried the local option of rice and condiments. The auto check in procedure is geared towards locals only, could not scan and check my passport, needed manual assistance. It's one metro station away from Nagoya so not the ideal location.
Room was as described, par for the course. The bed was comfortable.

SloveniaWe left the baggage at the reception as we came 2h before the official checkout. we could not checking earlier. After asking to store the baggage it was no problem at all. The only problem was that I wanted to make sure nothing in my baggage will break and they did not want me to help them to carry myself but they jumped on the baggage like it is nothing inside... all was good at the end but the looked at me like I want ot steal something form them...
We liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast, where Japanese options as well as western options were available. Everything was OK including the laundry service and cleanliness.

SingaporeTheir service was amazing and there wasn't really a think that i disliked.
Location is convenient with a ~3-5min walk away from Fushimi station for public transport as well as one stop away from the main Nagoya station itself, along with handful of food places and convenience stores nearby. From the hotel it is also easy to walk to other notable locations in Nagoya (e.g. 15-20 min walk to Osu Shopping District / Nagoya City Science Museum)

Near the Fushimi Ekimae station. From airport, better to take the bus. The Family Room is huge. We switched to a double room and single room after we came back due to non-availability of the family room. It’s a quiet place. The restaurant beside it served amazing grilled pork gyudon. A must eat.

United StatesImmediate surrounding area is not the most interesting, but probably quieter than the neighborhoods with an active nightlife.
Great location right near Fushimi station, with access to coolest parts of Nagoya. Easily get to Sakae, Osu Shotengai, and a direct line out to Ghibli Park. Good breakfast in the downstairs restaurant.
