For the dark side, just prepare yourself to be charge for EVERYTHING. The staff said us we can let our luggages in an empty capsule. What a surprise when the staff charge us for 3400¥ because we let our luggages 0_0 . To continue after the check out you are throwing away like a garbage. You cannot let your luggages after the checkout so I have to say thank you for ruining my last day in Japan :)

Close to the Shinjuku station, so very easy to access. Typical entertainment area - the famous Godzilla statue cinema is around the corner. The hotel's lounge area is perfect for an otaku: mangas, anime DVDs all over the shelves. The hotel part very clean, less noisier than other capsule hotels. The capsule is plastic, a little bit noisy when you hit accidentally. The bed is fine...but the pillow is super old school japanese hard pillow...but within few minutes you can find out how to use to be comfy.

First , near MTR , High CP ,High value. Really out of my expectation!! The Capsule so News and clean. Alone travel is a good choice , sleep well~ The location is the best , convenience to go to anywhere, near Capsule and have so many restaurants , 24 hours at night. Many places or restaurants you can go in day & night.U will not boring to stay here. Here also can reading comics and drinks , ice cream for free High recommend here. So much fun here ,Love to come back!

I just can’t believe they charge for shower. No other place in the many hotel/capsules I’ve been in Japan ever asked me for that. For the price and competition they have they should really look into that policy. Also you only have 30 minutes and the hairdryer is inside the shower booth which is a bit of a scam. Internet connection didn’t work properly for half the time. You can’t leave your bag after check out. The only place which doesn’t allow that. They literally charge for everything. Surprised they don’t charge for breathing. I’ve been in less expensive and much better capsule places in Tokyo. Would look for someplace else.

1. I went there 2hrs before check-in time and i requested them to keep my luggage for 2hrs but they didn’t agree for that and i waited for 2hrs outside , because i booked that a week ago 2. They charge for shower (200yen for 30min) when i pay for shower they didn’t tell me i have to give back the key within 30min they charge 300yen penalty, i was 2min late they charge 300yen. 3. we can’t talk in phone calls even in living room 4. They don’t have lockers 5. Not comfortable

The old man at the reception was so mean. The shower time was forcedly timed when I was still asking how to get to the shower and has just got in. Indoor slippers were not even provided. The women’s toilet smelled like an open sewer! The towel was so thin and cheap. The capsule was extremely hot, I had to sleep naked. I sneezed all night because of dust! It was so noisy inside. There’s no lock in each capsule, I had to carry all my things around. There’s a fee for the bathroom (¥200) and it was a hassle to return the towel. Like we’re gonna steal it! The staff were not polite at all. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been in Japan after living here for 10 years. I thought I can have a great time experiencing my first capsule hotel, but I was so disappointed.

the worst attitude of the senior staff which very rude to customers. He threw the key card to me and my friend and shouted at us to ask us show the receipt of the booking. there is no lift to the room can only use stair.

I wish I had a place to store my baggage or valuables when going out. I also didn't expect to have to pay 200 yen for a 30-minute shower, but for the price I didn't mind that so much (towels are free). The room also gets very hot.

Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, especially the bathrooms and shower facilities. Staff are very polite and helpful. It's in the middle of Kabuki-cho so the surroundings are a little skeevy, but the hotel itself is very clean, and it felt very safe and well-lit. Probably the best location you can get for the price.

Early check-out time (10am) and I was five minutes late, which I was charged extra for. Fair enough (I was the one in error!) but a little leeway time would have been lovely.

The facilities were very clean, and there was a lot of space and comfortable chairs available for free for people staying overnight. The pods themselves were sizeable, cute and great fun!
