It’s near the Kawagoe station, 3 minutes walk. It’s convenient that there are restaurants and stores near by. Room is very cleaning. Staffs are nice, when I check in, it seems there are 2 available reservations but staffs help to resolve this nicely. Room is a little bit small compared to with other country but it’s normal in Japan.

MalaysiaI wish they have a room with connecting door. But not a problem at all.
The hotel is centrally located, right above a small 2-storey mall (not much inside, but there’s a great halal biryani restaurant!). It’s directly connected to the main train and bus stations, making it very convenient. The shopping malls around the bus station were surprisingly good and had plenty to explore. We booked 2 rooms for our family — no connecting doors, but the staff kindly placed us side by side. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Amenities were excellent. The biggest plus was the location — close to transport, food, and shopping. Parking was also easy, with a flat rate of ¥2000 for 24 hours. A comfortable and convenient stay overall! And the room is pretty cheap.

AustraliaWas extremely hard for us to figure out how to find the entrance to the hotel. It’s a part of a massive building complex and there was no clear instructions on how to get to the hotel which was quite frustrating.

Immaculate and very comfortable. It’s tight in a standard double room but a good sized bed. Great lobby and location above the shops is fantastic- if coming from the station, don’t go down the street level but stay on the walkways. You’ll find the lift up to level 7 behind the On the Park cafe.
