Location. We stay their often as it’s close to my grandchildren . It has a bus stop from the Haneda limousine bus. It’s convenient being located on top of the station. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It is centrally-located within Wako City and the fact that there is a mall below the hotel is a huge plus and it even has Uniqlo and Starbucks as well as a mini grocery and various food stores. Moreover, it is right above the Wakoshi Train Station.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no option to get bigger rooms at the time but if you’re a solo traveler, I highly recommend it.

This property was in an amazing location that was convenient to get to other stations quickly. It also made me fall in love with Wakoshi. I want to stay here again.

I always choose this hotel when visiting my family in Japan, and it never disappoints. After living abroad for a decade, I'm still amazed by the impeccable Japanese hospitality. The value you get here is unbeatable—spotless rooms, thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and coffee, air purifiers, tablet-controlled lighting, and air conditioning. Plus, it's right above the station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff is always polite and welcoming, adding to the overall comfort. I highly recommend it!

Location is far from the city centre but plus point is that train station is exactly at the ground floor of the hotel. Room is excellent in given price and especially R bakery at ground floor is excellent for breakfast…

Super friendly and helpful staff. I'm coming back in 2 months and I'm going to book here again!!! I shared photos of Tokyo because if your hotel did everything great you wouldn't be taking photos of it! They were wonderful simply amazing

There is nothing that i disliked

Honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff is amazing, so friendly and nice, really helpful, the hotel is situated right above Wakoshi Train Station, which has access to all major Tokyo stations. The housekeeping team is amazing, they have made our room sparkle every single day, replaced all towels and changed the bed, new bottles of water every day. The hotel is placed also on top of Uniqlo and various other restaurants, there is also an incredible bakery on the ground floor, which also has a mini market. There is another non-stop supermarket SEYIU right across the road and a non-stop Lawson. No parking spaces available at the hotel, but right to its left there are 2 parking places, really cheap both of them. The area is very secure and clean, there is also a bus station right in front of the hotel, a police station to the right, a Starbucks underneath, 3 pharmacies and much much more! I cannot honestly recommend this hotel more, it has everything you need!

staff are friendly, and the location is perfect. the only thing I've noticed was the breakfast. you should have a variety of menus, not all guests eat Japanese food. thanks

The bed was much too hard maybe only our preference.

A bit far from Tokyo Maine city. But close to Ikebukuro and Shinjuku. Easy to get in the subway! Every day we got clean towels and a fresh made bed! Room was small as expected, but at least you could store your luggage under the bed and under the couch.

Quite a big room(for japaneese standards, of course). Nice control panel for lighting and AC inside the room. Nice laundry, coffee machine. Great location, with good view and, somehow, its quiet!
