The fact that there's a Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi right around the corner is pretty confusing. Not only did I go to that one first, but someone I was meeting also went to that hotel first and had to move along to the other one. Also, the room was very, very small, didn't even have space for a desk.

The location is very convenient for my needs, the bed was comfortable, and there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores around to get something to eat whenever you need it.

Our room was quite noisy from the main street, overall we were missing the coziness and a more personal touch. It seems like a business hotel where it's nice to stay for one night or two. But in comparison to other hotels in Japan we stayed at that were in the same price range we expected a little more.

Convenient location next to a metro station, the room was clean and modern. Close to the castle of Osaka.

Room can be a bit small if you have fairly large luggage like we have.

Location was convenient in terms of the subway lines to the major attractions of Osaka, and the proximity to Osaka Castle made for an excellent spot to just crowd watch. The facilities were really clean and had alot of amenities available. The coin laundry in particular was a life saver.

I love everything about this hotel. Room was very clean and I got a very nice view from my room. The staffs were incredibly lovely, and the location was perfect for me. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely come back to Osaka soon and stay here again. thank you so much!

Small rooms. Not much of facilities. Breakfast options weren't very good but more of main dishes compared to european breakfast style.

Overall for a short stay its quite okay. Right in front of metro. Clean rooms and building. But yet again for this price it was not bad at all for the value

The room allocated was very small, with no natural light. We asked for a larger room and got one for an additional fee, that room was ok. The beds are very firm (too firm for us) and only 1 pillow provided. We asked for extra pillows which were given to us reluctantly.

We went to breakfast on the first morning but the selection was not to our taste and did not look very appetising so skipped it for the rest of the trip. Would stay closer to central Osaka if I visit again

Breakfast was really not great poor choice with low food quality. Although we were said we will be able to find gluten free options at the buffet we found exactly two - yogurt and fruit. When we went to the reception all they did was printed out their message they sent us without trying to find any solution for our problem - only answer we got was that the restaurant is not in their ownership which was never mentioned to us before. Staff in the restaurant was completely clueless abut the food ingredients and it was obvious that non of the food is prepared at the restaurant but imported from somewhere else. While most of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly one lady at the reception really was not - when we asked for help we did not get any correct or defined answer, and she was a bit rude to us, like she wanted to get rid of us. Regarding the gluten free option - after we gave them some time to see what can be done about it we received the phone call later that day that they never before heard about gluten free allergies which was extremely disappointing after they sending us a message upon our reservation from which we understood differently.

Good location close to the train station and a shopping mall, with very friendly staff ( only one was really not helping and was a bit rude).

The rooms very small, perhaps too many things around for such small room, I couldn’t find any iron available, nor enough facilities for so many guests, I got a room on the side of the building with no natural light the windows were having a protector which made the room darker than already was as the colonies are dark.. window could not be open so no air ,nor enough facilities natural light .. perhaps give the option while booking to select the room with front side so make sure has natural light, it felt claustrophobic as the room was already dark and small.

Where do I start from the staff who dont know english to the lines in breakfast or to the staff asking me to pay for a night on checkout i already paid then proved they are wrong. No options for food in breakfast except Japanese few irons if you dont run for one you wont get your clothes ironed. Regret staying here

Despite being a large and tall hotel, us staying in the middle of the week and asking for a higher floor, we ended up on the 2nd floor with no view. The receptionist had a bit of attitude when l asked for a higher floor claiming that they were fully booked and that my request was not mentioned in my reservation. Small room. We missed the cold cuts for breakfast. The restaurant staff warned us several times that breakfast was served only until 10, both when we arrived at the restaurant at 9:20 and during our breakfast, and they came to every table to ask us to leave at 10:01 just when they saw that we were leaving. We did not feel welcome at all. Fairly expensive hotel which we didn’t find worth staying at.

Close to Osaka castle, a big mall and transport hub. Good variety for breakfast. Clean and super easy automatic check in and check out. Good linen and toiletries.

The beds were rock solid. The room we booked was so small my wife and I had to upgrade to a twin room with 2x single beds. Costing us an extra $350 Aud to sleep in seperate beds on our honeymoon just so we could have space to breathe and not feel like we were in a jail cell.

Breakfast was terrible. The lady who took our tickets for breakfast made us feel like criminals. She yelled at my wife and made her cry. We paid for 9 breakfasts but only attended 2 due to the negative experience.

First thing i noticed was the horrible smell of carpet in the entire hotel and rooms. Then the smell of humidity in the bathroom… quite smelly hotel!! When we entered in our room the bathroom was not clean, and when i requested a new room, they wanted to charge us 17.000 yen extra!! No thanks! In the end they did changed the room but not with two beds as i requested. Location is good tho, close to metro and many services around.
