Mimaru never fail for a family stay. Kinshicho was a good area to stay, near train station, lot of shopping and eatery choice.

Only thing that bothered me a bit was that the checkout time was strictly imposed - and charged per hour for overstay. I wouldn't really fault it to this hotel, seems like it was followed throughout all hotels in Japan. Rest everything was top class.

Location is just amazing - nearer to all places. Staffs were very friendly.

The nose during nighttime from the street. The paid laundry dryers was very weak and take long time to dry.

Laundry was always crowded and busy. Suggest hotel to purchase washer+dryer machine to save time.

The location is great. Easy access to Disney and haneda with bus access at great price! Staff (Eggkrt) was super nice with good advice! Sorry if I spelled your name wrongly. 😅 excellent for family. Super clean and spacious room.

The location isn’t near Shibuya or Shinjuku (about 40 mins by train to those areas) but we didn’t mind that too much as we were happy to be in a quieter area. Would have also liked a hotel even closer to a station but if you’re okay to walk a little then it’s ok :)

Property was clean and located not too far from a train station (about 5-8 minutes walk). The room was very spacious for Japanese standards and had enough beds for our whole family which was important! They provided plenty of towels and I appreciated the extra features in the kitchen such as paper towels, cling wrap and scissors (which are handy for families!)

The reception was very friendly and warm to us our entire stay! The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and had all the amenities that we required. It was close to the train station which allowed us to get to our destinations quickly!

Stay in a few branches of mimaru in Tokyo and would say Kinshicho is truly a gem! The location is fantastic. Direct train ride from Narita airport, train connections to other part of the Tokyo areas are good too with our 3 days metro pass card we purchased. The area itself has many restaurants, shopping 🛍️ within walking distance to the apartment. Walk distance from train station to apartment is an easy less than 10 min, even with luggages, it’s doable. The staffs are great as ever. Special shoutout to Joey that ensure we had a smooth checkout. Thank u 😊

Room facilities and staff are friendly, our kids were hapoy to sleep in bunk bed. near to Jr and metro station. Gives easy access. Only 35 minutes by car to haneda airport. Have a money changer machine in lobby. Next to lawson and family mart supermarket.
