Staff very helpful whenever a question was given. Rooms were of a good size for 2 adults and 2 children. We had the basic level room. Rooms get serviced every 2 days now instead of every day which was a bit annoying but didn't affect our stay. Great location for us wanting somewhere outside the main areas for tourists. Kinshicho had so much shopping and restaurants.

The upgrade was expensive, I was hoping for a better price. In hindsight I should have asked for a better price when I asked for an upgrade not when I showed up.

Close to train station, excellent and helpful staff !! Originally I booked the 4 single bed apartment and then upgraded to a Japanese room that was slightly bigger and we were glad we did for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We like extra space when we can get it.

We liked everything about this property. It was incredibly spacious with lots of space for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the dining table was a handy inclusion. There is a lot of storage space for clothes and luggage and the bathroom is very roomy with a double sink and extra towels. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful when we needed to book last minute transport to the airport. We only wish we had stayed here longer as this was our final night in Tokyo after having travelled around Japan including staying in a different hotel in Tokyo earlier in our stay. We would definitely recommend this Mimaru.

Pricey but worth it. Some not family friendly establishments close by but avoidable.

Loved the room, super fun decorations, very comfortable, great bathroom and kitchen, has a table and bench/chairs. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the train station, food, shopping, and entertainment.

Invest in more comfortable pillows.

Great location. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The front desk had items you could check out like a toaster oven, iron, Apple TV, etc. I would recommend this hotel. The only two drawbacks were the pillows are hard and it’s loud.

The dryer in the laundry room took a long time to get our clothes dry and was not hot enough. Used for one hour and the clothes was still damp. Not a huge complaint and actually quite minor. Otherwise our stay was awesome.

Location was very quiet and close to rail transportation. Was very convenient and able to get to all attractions. Hotel was very clean and the staff was both friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book again.

It was a bit noisy. Not the hotel itself but the area, lots of sirens and loud people outside late at night Not the hotels fault but we woken up each night around 1:30 by noise outside

Space for luggages.

Location is very convenient and close to several stations, groceries and cafes. Room was good sized for 4 adults and had to move the furniture around to accommodate luggages. Laundry facilities was Enough so didn’t ever have a need to wait. They had luggage delivery service that we didn’t use but can come in handy.

The cleaning schedule. We stayed for 6 nights and was told they will clean the room in Day 4. Toilet don’t smell good after Day 3 The staff did brief me not to leave any personal belongings on the bed if not they can’t change the bedsheets. My girl left her soft toy on the bed and she didn’t get the clean sheet. Is not a big deal actually. But I’m expecting more since I’m paying 428,000 yen for 6 nights.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Many food joints and restaurants within 5 mins. Laundry service at level 1 and small toys to rent to keep the kids entertained. Hair curler is avail for rent for free too. And, the direct bus to Disneyland outside Parco Mall is the reason I booked the hotel. It is so convenient esp when traveling with young children. You have everything you need.

Very comfortable, good sized room. Exceptionally clean. Walking distance to Kinshicho train station. Handy to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Wonderful, friendly staff.

Hard beds - suitable for Japanese audience but really challenging if you’re not used to it.
