Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. NetherlandsThe beamer could only be linked to iPhones and not android. In some places there was a lot of dust buildup. It would've also been nice to be able to get out on the balcony for a view, but I understand that it can't be opened fully. Honestly no real negatives to our stay.
Everything about Mimaru was great. The room was incredibly large for a Tokyo based hotel. With plenty of space for 5 adults with 2 suitcases each. A dining table to sit at and eat breakfast or dinner or just hand out. The beamer was easy to use and gave a lot of entertainment for early nights, and so much more. The location is amazing and super close to the station, a ton of great restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff is super friendly and proficient in a ton of languages. There are a lot of amenities like a laundry and dryer, as well as a smoke room for smokers. And a whole lot more

KuwaitWhile my overall experience at the hotel exceeded my expectations, there were a couple of aspects that left room for improvement. Firstly, the room cleaning policy seemed somewhat complicated. Instead of daily thorough cleanings, they only emptied the trash bins and changed the towels. Despite my 13-day stay, I received only one comprehensive room cleaning and bed-making service. Additionally, although the hotel is conveniently located near a train station, the main tourist attractions were still a 30 to 45-minute journey away, which is somewhat expected in Tokyo but worth noting. Despite these points, I want to extend my special thanks to the hotel staff for their exceptional cooperation and politeness, which significantly enhanced my stay.

Value for money I've stayed for 2 nights with little interaction with staff, this is not a bad thing after all as guests have access to every amenities possible, either displayed on the lobby or one call away. Overall a good hotel and would return.

AustraliaWe weren’t massive fans of the Kinshicho area.. but admittedly we usually stay in the Ginza… so maybe it’s just a preference thing. The area had good facilities - lots of Family Marts and a supermarket near by.
Great room - it was winter so it was great to have the space to hang out and prepare food… especially because nothing really opens until 10am. The staff were fantastic- very helpful.
