Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaNothing. We loved it!
So spacious! It was clean, very comfortable and super close to the train. The size of the double bunk made it feel like we had three rooms instead of just two. Fantastic!

United KingdomCould benefit from having a fair usage policy on the free rental items as when loaned items are not returned by customers, there is not much being done to retrieve the items. As part of the daily housekeeping, there should be a right for the hotel to just retrieve the items in stead of letting customers hold onto them. We waited for over 2 nights for an ironing board and iron to become available.
Great location and transport links, Spacious and clean room size, polite staff as well as multi lingual speaking perfect English, abundant ammenties and convenience of having a convenience store right next to the hotel.

RomaniaIn our apartment the ventilating holes were badly positioned, one of the occupants in each room being disturbed by the colder air jet from the vents, blowing directly on. Not bad during the days, but very unpleasant during the night sleep.
Staff (both reception and cleaning) super friendly and helpful, decent size rooms (we stayed 4 in One-Bedroom Theater Apartment For 6), pleasant Japanese bath, comfy beds (not for the ones who like soft mattresses), good pillows and quilts. Right near the hotel a Lawson, a Family Mart and a 7 Eleven, so coffee, all breakfasts and late dinner in room covered if needed. Also, wide variety of food shops nearby, from udon to steaks, with super decent prices. Two supermarkets (Meat and Life) very close, also a Parco Mall. Kinshichō Station very close, few minutes walk.

PhilippinesThe pillows were brutal. They caused terrible sleep and headaches. Eventually my wife and I had to use the extra comforters as pillows.
The hotel is very near to the train station in an area with a lot of restaurants and shops. The unit was large with enough space for our family of four. It was helpful to have a small kitchen.

United StatesSee above about cleaning
Cleaning service provided every three days was okay, but they could have done a more thorough cleaning. Only bed sheets were changed. Bathroom sink, floor and kitchen were all left untouched. They did give us new towels and took out the trash on a daily basis. Over all, my experience was good. Staff friendly, spoke English well. Hotel very new.

SingaporeSuperbly spacious for Tokyo and thoughtfully designed for traveller needs. Loved that there was a nice-sized bathtub and a closed off shower area, as well as kitchenette with supplies such as plates and cutlery. Great for take-out meals in the comfort of your room. Very clean and new, and extremely functional touches. A little off the central Tokyo stretch means less frenetic energy; the subway line is a few minutes away and there is a convenience store next door. Parco mall is a short walk away with plenty of food, shopping and supermarket options, and many restaurants nearby.

CanadaNone.
The area has plenty of places to eat. It’s near train station. The hotel is nice and clean. Lots of shopping places nearby. At night though, the streets leading to the train station are lined with girls advertising for girls bar. But the area of hotel vicinity is clean and safe. Overall I would stay here again. It’s much quieter than Shinjuku.

United StatesMy stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly and reasonably helpful during my visit, which added a positive touch to the experience. The hotel's location near the train station was convenient for accessing various parts of the city. It made it relatively easy to explore the city's main attractions. Additionally, the surrounding area offered a fair selection of dining options and shops. While it may not be a foodie's paradise or a shopaholic's dream, there were enough choices to meet basic needs and preferences. Overall, my stay at this hotel was decent. The staff was friendly, and the location near the train station was a practical advantage, with some dining and shopping options in the vicinity.

AustraliaWeekend can get a little noisy with the sirens. I think it may be close to a fire station or ambulance hub, hence all the whirring of sirens happening on busy days.
Being close to a JR hub at Kinshicho station meant easy access to JR lines (making it easier for those looking to take day trips outside of Tokyo) and metro lines (for those looking for fastest way to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tokyo Station or other prime Tokyo locations). It's also only 30mins by foot/walk to Tokyo Sky Tree. It's a nice easy walk that lets you get a feel for what it's really like to be a resident in Tokyo. We even found an awesome expresso coffee place in our travels to Sky Tree. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Keep up the great work. Cleaning is fast and efficient.
