The cleaning of the room could be better done.

We love the location of the hotel. My family and I were very happy with the size of the room, the number of beds, and the amenities available in the room (microwave, fridge, utensils, etc.). The staff was very helpful and friendly, as expected. Great hotel, we will definitely come back again

The door to the tatami room was not really a door but you could see and hear everything. Since we wanted to book an apartment with two rooms to work when our kid is asleep, it was not really suitable.

The pillows could be a little more firm for a more comfortable sleep, but that's subjective for individual preference.

The location is superb! Kinshicho station is just 5mins walk away, and you have 4-5 huge shopping malls for you to shop till you drop. The food variety is wide around the area, getting around is easy, and there two convenience stores just below the hotel.

Being an apartment hotel, light cleaning daily and changing of towels and sheets after 3 days. This is fine for my family, but may not be for others.

The property was located a short walk from the JR and subway line, which is very convenient. There were a variety of food places and shops a short walk away. The property was clean and well maintained.

There is an nearby ongoing construction that is quite noisy after 8 am.

Probably the only thing that we didn't like were the pillows, just a tad to hard to fall asleep with, otherwise it was a great time!

The location was great being close to the station without getting lost down streets, staff were very polite and helpful and always had an awesome attitude whenever leaving and coming back. The room was pretty impressive felt like living in a fancy apartment with the various amenities to use as well!

The bed was a bit too low for me. No sockets near the bed, and not much hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.

The beds were a little harder than we're used to - and the lack of queen+ beds is a general Japan criticism rather than specific to this hotel.

Location was great, just two blocks away from the station. We didn't hear any other guests during our stay and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

For the price, I didn’t like how noisy the place is at night. With my earplugs, I still hear shoutings and the ambulances at night. Especially on the weekend, it can get very noisy until around 3 am.

The place is good and not too busy. There are a lot of nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The staff are really nice and helpful people!

Limited amount of hooks to put towels/sponge on. Only given a bath mat on the first day, then other days it was not given to me. It would have been nice to have access to a socket near my bed.

We booked a family suite for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The location was superb as it was near the train station and also many places for food and shopping. The streets are quite, the hotel was super clean and smells good also. Some of the staff spoke Chinese and was very helpful throughout the stay. The beds are comfortable and the bath area is also spacious for a family. They have big projector that can watch YouTube and Netflix in the room. The price was also a steal for a room like this. If my family comes again, we will surely book this place again.
