I had some trouble with the laundry. I accidentally hit the wrong button after my clothes finished washing and it then ran the machine cleaning cycle on my clothes and there was no option to stop it! It might be good to have more machines because there was a bit of a queue.

I really liked the concept of this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and it was cool that they gave you pyjamas to wear. The facilities were extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again.

some rude visitors dont respect the minimal rules like not listening to music on speaker in shared places and not cleaning after them after making a mess in the bathroom... the thing to ventilated your room isn't really working well...

the perfect for a short trip, close to the train station and Kyoto station, accessible with elevator. close to kawaramachi and a coin laundry. a lot of restaurant opened late when we come back late from our trip. checking in and out very easy. if you are sharing a room with a friend you can check out earlier or later than your friend without difficulties.

Hard to fit all of our suitcases into the room, but that's to be expected when everyone in your group is traveling with a lot of luggage.

Nice central location just one stop on the subway from Kyoto station. All facilities were very clean and well maintained. The lobby is an especially nice place to relax and recharge if you end up arriving earlier than your check in time.

Good location, everything was accessible, very well organized object ,there is even exchange machine inside ,they lend you umbrellas if there is rain.

- from a teacher‘s view it would have been great to have the students on one or two separate floors only. We booked quite early and were divided on four floors, which made control at night really hard / almost impossible.

- small rooms, but comfortable beds - great breakfast - vending machine - easy access to trains and Kyōto Kawaramachi - easy check-in and -out with our group of 20 people

the beds themselves were the thin ones that you lay on ricepadding or double up. neither were the case, so sleeping was a little lessen comfortable than expected, but then again, were 38.

the fun fact that you have room for all your bags and even backpacks right under your bed leaves more than enough room to actually have some space in an otherwise small room.

Having stayed at many places in Japan. The staff felt non existent when you become accustom to a greeting. The only downside that the door latch noise from the bathroom door as people come and go. Started from 6am until 8am. So having a room next to the toilet had its advantages and disadvantages.

Its well thought out. Not having your own bathroom works as you get more room space. Clever storage of bags under the sleep area. Shared facilities were immaculate and always spotless. 4 washing machines was a nice surprise. The location was excellent especially for walking and the metro at the door step.

Make sure to ask for the quiet side of the hotel away from the road.
