Hotel is great. Reception Service is really nice and ready to help with any guidance or booking cab etc. Appreciated. It is near to Premium outlets can be reached by bus with a bus stop near by.

United StatesStaff and hotel location. 1) Staff - They were polite but could not speak English, almost none. They were not able to introduce the amenities offered by the hotel, and to help guests to places (they showed me the wrong bus stop). On trip to Yumoto station, after much time waiting at the wrong bus station, I ended up relying on the strangers from the street, and the close by police station for direction. 2) Location - It is closed to bus stops of different bus lines? but it is not walkable to other local restaurants and shops. I did not venture out by walking or biking during my 2-day stay.
The onsite Hot Spring Onsen, the late night free Ramen, the provided PJ and other misc. personal items such as hair brush, tooth brush, etc. The rooftop deck area with the foot bar is special. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

United KingdomWe loved our stay here. Nice touches with the free ice creams and the ramen in the evening. Lovely onsen which is great to relax in and rooftop foot bath gave us great views of Fuji. Can recommend Tigre Blanc which is a short walk away for very tasty pancakes - this is where we had breakfast during our stay.
