The pillows were a bit too firm and flat and I didn’t realize breakfast was not included in price of booking room.

Foot bath, complimentary items and free ice cream and ramen. Staff was very helpful.

Not near to Gotemba station so cab is necessary if time is a constraint. Vegetarian options are almost none except for few bread options. Everything else is great.

Hotel is great. Reception Service is really nice and ready to help with any guidance or booking cab etc. Appreciated. It is near to Premium outlets can be reached by bus with a bus stop near by.

Lucky checked in early and found a parking spot at hotel, parking was limited, but hotel has a backup parking. Not sure how far/free that parking spot is though.

Professional staff handling majority of international visitors. Seen visitors breaking rules (fiddling w/ mobile phone in public bath), staff handled professionally.

This was easily our best hotel in Japan! We absolutely loved the views of Mount Fuji, especially watching the sunset paint the sky as the sun dipped behind the mountain. Add to that the free ice cream and late-night noodles, plus the friendly staff, and it was truly a perfect stay.

Modern Hotel, nice Onsen and footbath with Fuji view - close to Outlet village. Large free parking lot.

Staff and hotel location. 1) Staff - They were polite but could not speak English, almost none. They were not able to introduce the amenities offered by the hotel, and to help guests to places (they showed me the wrong bus stop). On trip to Yumoto station, after much time waiting at the wrong bus station, I ended up relying on the strangers from the street, and the close by police station for direction. 2) Location - It is closed to bus stops of different bus lines? but it is not walkable to other local restaurants and shops. I did not venture out by walking or biking during my 2-day stay.

The onsite Hot Spring Onsen, the late night free Ramen, the provided PJ and other misc. personal items such as hair brush, tooth brush, etc. The rooftop deck area with the foot bar is special. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice and impressive for facilities and food with very nice environment. The room is not much spacious but still good for stay. They offered free onsen, ice cream, coffee corner, and ramen. The hotel location is good for those who have a car and easy to access to the city for traveling around.

Fabulous Onsen, lovely restaurant, amazing rooftop view of Mt Fuji. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and all the basic facilities.

Very convenient location in gotemba; parking made it fantastic for us to get around. Room was spacious with a few of Mt Fuji. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, supper ramen and onsens. Definitely will be coming back!

Clean, hot spring , free food, comics book Close to the outlet I left one of my bags in the hotel, hotel staff handled it with extra care, packed it very nice and had it delivered to my next hotel.

The inden was really nice, and also having some free food and drinks for the guests such as the evening ramen and ice popsicles for the kids. We also really enjoyed the rooftop view of Mount Fuji

We loved our stay here. Nice touches with the free ice creams and the ramen in the evening. Lovely onsen which is great to relax in and rooftop foot bath gave us great views of Fuji. Can recommend Tigre Blanc which is a short walk away for very tasty pancakes - this is where we had breakfast during our stay.
