JapanMy only complaints are that the pillows on the bed were a little hard and that the genkan light is sensored, I woke up really early to use the bathroom and I felt guilty about the light shining on my friend who was still sleeping. Other than that, I loved everything!
The location is so good! So many facilities are within walking or short driving distance. The view of Fuji san from the dining hall and foot bath is very beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and so was the free yonaki soba in the evening. The onsen is lovely as well, both the indoor and outdoor. I didn't use the sauna but it was so nice to have had one available. Our fridge had free water bottles and pear pudding! The little bags to carry your towels and things to the onsen was a nice touch. Overall a very good experience.

SingaporeThe location is a bit out of the way if you are not driving. However, it's convenient if you drive. It's only a few minutes drive from Gotemba Outlet. There are plenty of parking lots. The facilities are excellent for the price that we paid. Even though there isn't much around the hotel, there are enough things in the hotel to keep us occupied. We could enjoy the onsen, the footbath on the roof top and there is even a reading room outside the onsen with a huge collection of anime. The best part was the free raman supper and the ice cream. There are also washing machines and dryer. Washing machines are free and dryer is charged at very reasonable price.

Very comfortable bed and room has cold air conditioning in winter which is nice as we are not so used to hot air blowing. There are more than adequate charging points in the room. Lovely public bath and ice cream after a hot soak. The counter gentleman was very helpful and courteous.

PolandIf you don't travel by car, the location of a hotel may be a bit problematic as it is around 2km from the train station. But even so I recommend the stay.
A really comfy stay with a pretty onsen. The rooms were one of the most comfortable ones in Japan. Great deal of perks for their guests (free ice creams or even a ramen in the evening) and a breathtaking view from ashiyu located on the rooftop.

SingaporeNot recommended for little children because there is no specific entrance of the room that you can put outside shoes and change to slippers , so I guess the room carpet hygiene is same as the one in the lobby where people wear outside shoes, small children always crawl and sit on the floor of the room, and then jump to the bed, I feel it’s not really clean . When room service collects the rubbish , they don’t collect recycling ones like cardboard , you need to inform front office or go to the lobby to pass to reception, which really makes inconvenience.

Breakfast buffet was Japanese style and has alot of variety! Fruits tasted very juicy (apples, kiwi, oranges and grapefruit)! There’s free flow ramen and ice cream at night, free flow yakult in morning, free foot bath at top floor with Mt Fuji view! The room was compact and I like that the bathroom had an area for sitting, and with anti slip floor!

No restaurants around however if you love luxury brands the outlet is right there about a 20 minute walk. Just buy food to hear in the microwave. Be prepared as eating in a restaurant is tricky. Not sure how easy taxis are.

JapanThe bath wasn’t clean . Hair was present from the previous stay . The new “clean” towel in the room had a big long hair in it as well 😣😣 Just wish the Room was cleaned properly inclining small corners . Apart from this everything was great!
