The wifi in the room wasn't working at all and in the main shared area was very slow, the towels given are too small and the room wasn't very clean.

The location is very good for Haeundae beach (5min walk from beach, 15min walk to Haeundae market) and the private room was very spacious.

Just the ease of changing towels for people who are staying longer, sometimes you would go to the counter and there's no staff around. It's not a big issue for the price honestly.

Best part is the location :) The beds are really comfortable and the room heating is delightful. Very nice place to be based in for a casual city exploration trip! I could walk down Haeundae every morning~

Noisy people at night, reception supposed to be between 11:00 and 20:00, I was waiting for someone between 11:00 and 11:30, no one appeared.

It's better to go with friends, some people were awake before me and used hairdryer early in the morning which was a bit loud, maybe earplugs is a way to go.

Beds were comfy, the Bathroom was huge in 4-bed dormitory room.

No free coffee or tea, very few travelers and its take between 1 to 2 hours at least to reach any place, but as I say , Busan is a really big city

The location, so close to the beach, buses and metro, in a very nice part of the city. The room was spacious , bed very confortable and you could cook in the kitchen

Not much at all, but I was surprised there wasn't a TV in the room.

The place is super close to the beach and Bay 101. The 5th floor bedroom and bathroom were clean and very large, which was good. Stayed on a Saturday night and had a good nights sleep, so rooms have decent soundproofing.

Room isnt very clean. Lots of hair on bed. Only one chair in the room. Would be great if we have some shelves or tables for putting our bags on. Room looks old sink was cracked. Window doesnt work properly so we couldn't open window. Air-conditioning only has heating function we woke up from the heat every night during our stay.

Location is good. Kitchen is clean. Staff is friendly.

A room for 2 people is really big. The shower is also big. Close to the Main Street in haeundae. Good location. And the staff is friendly.

The bunk bed stair was a little bit tall and kind of slippery.

Near the beach, good location, the room was spacious and clean, a shared bathroom only for the guests of the room.

Instructions to open the room door were a bit confusing. It said the door would be open when the lock panel had green light. But it was open when the electronic lock panel had korean words in red color. A bit difficult for non-korean folks who can't read Hangul.

Showers, bathroom and sink are in the room so that contributes to a lot of noise. It’s hard to sleep through people drying their hair and brushing their teeth late at night near the foot of your bed. The showers are far too small with the curtain so it will consistently stick to you and move about. Don’t understand since it’s in such a big wet room! Busan is huge so you’ll have to travel a lot anyway, but this is not the ideal location if you want to be immersed in the city. But I really enjoyed the area myself since I was looking for a little more peace and nature.

The location : not too far from the metro station. A bus station very close. Next to a beautiful beach. Nice, helpful personnel.
