Very poor communication I left some items in my room by mistake. I contacted the hotel 3 times by email, no reply. I went to the hotel reception approx 10 days after my stay and spoke to a receptionist who told me she would look into it and contact me. Superise suprise she did not! Poor!

this is great place for the money, the staff is very nice and rooms are good .THE BIG PROBLEM FOR ME IS THAT THEY HAVE VERY LOUD MUSIC PLAYING BY THE POOL BAR UNTIL LATE HOURS MAKING IT HARD TO SLEEP.

There was some weird sound coming from ceiling after every 10 minutes .It sounded like plastic bottle being squeezed.

Location is good and the shuttle service provided by the hotel is free of charge to few locations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel has no elevator, I was on the 3rd floor...had to carry my bags down to lobby.No one called to ask if we needed assistance.

Everything was good, but it was a miscommunication when I asked to book a taxi for another hotel. Friendly staff have told me the incorrect price, so that a taxi driver had to come in and asked for more money because it was a late evening. It happened right before the trip, and actually asked for pre-payment because he didn't trust us about payment. I can totally understand why the cost can increase at night, there's nothing wrong with that. But I expected more attention to such details from the reception while booking, so that you can understand the total price prior to making a deal with the driver. Obviously the driver was unhappy too, but I can't tell if it was his fault or not, because I haven't spoken to him directly, I had asked the reception desk to help. The reception desk was very friendly, I enjoyed communication with them, but they didn't sort the issue with the driver, they didn't offer another taxi with the initial price we agreed on (and haven't even make an attempt to do so), and they didn't want to persuade the driver to agree on the inital price. So we were forcefully put into the uncomfortable situation with the driver, who was blaming us for a mistake, while we were blaming him. I expected more involvement from the reception desk to resolve the conflict, while they stepped away from it. Not a big deal of course, but there's a definitely a room for improvement.

The most important thing is the location close to the Marina and Bay area, so you can have access to all the restourants on foot. Another very important thing is that they provide a free shuttle bus to the Reduit Beach which runs for the whole day every hour, which is awesome.

Send the moment I stepped into my room. I was shocked to see how much it didn’t look like the images on Booking.com. Some of the furniture was broken and very outdated. None of it matched which gave you a feeling of untidiness. The balcony door was broken and leaky And due to there being no cover was completely drenched, especially with the tropical weather so could not leave anything out on the balcony and was too small to even sit on. The bedsheets on arrival and those that covered the bed were dirty and mouldy. The bathroom had a small window that would not close and again was dirty and could see the bugs on the outside. The shower curtain was full of mould and the shower curtain still was rusty and damaged. The drain cover was dangerous with screws raised and sharp edges. The main negative was that it was on a roadside and so noisy in the evening so could not get a decent night sleep. I only remained there on the evening on arrival and then had to leave because I was so disgusted with the property.

There was not much to like about the property. The images did not represent what was shown of the property online.
