Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeI miss a mirror or dressing table in the bedroom.
I love the location. Away from the crowd. Serene surroundings and walking trails. The host is helpful and helped us settle in.

IrelandThere are other rentals above and below and the noise does travel. We made our own noise coming back late one night and it is something to be aware of for ourselves but other guests.
Lovely location, close to a bus and easy to drive to with a rental car. Ideal location close to a shop, and a good middle ground between Vaduz and up the hills towards Malbun. The house has the basic setup to cook and clean each day and that's all that was expected and needed. Also the view out the bedroom windows down to the Rhine is spectacular and was a treat to greet me each morning. Picnic tables outside were nice to use for breakfast and chilling with company.

United StatesCan get a bit hot when the temperature is up. No air conditioning or fans, and the largest room doesn't cool down very well at night, although the common areas do.
Amazing views, lots of room, rustic interior. Right next to a local bus stop. Very nice and helpful host.

Triesenberg is well-located if you want to both discover the Liechtenstein valley (Vaduz) and the alpine areas (Malbun). We stayed in apartment 3 (ground floor) with a beautiful view of the Rhein valley and nice outdoor seating.

United StatesFully stocked kitchen with all the supplies and simple seasonings you'd need, completely spotless and clean, with an unbeatable view. We even decided to stay in one night and cook dinner, instead of going out to eat. We were able to store our luggage in a separate little storage room for a couple hours after we checked out, no questions asked. Don't forget to bring body wash/shampoo/toothbrush and toothpaste, otherwise all other bathroom amenities are there. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. Really a great place, even better than the photos. Don't hesitate to book here.

NetherlandsThe showerhead could not be placed in a fixated position and the bed was a bit small (no a real problem). However the mastras was not only softunfortunately, the owners used a cotton pull-over with plastic underneath. Uncomfortable and a bit to warm. I remommend the ownes to go to Ikea and get matras protection sheet, the are easy to clean and are a comfortable for the guests.
The location was super, absoluut great view. The host was very helpful and kind. We stayed in the lower appartment with acces from the outside,

United KingdomNothing- the floor is a bit squeaky as others have said but it didn’t bother us.
Excellent views from the property. The apartment was so clean and spacious, the photos don’t do it justice at all. It was comfortable and had an alpine feel. We loved it and wished we had stayed longer than we did. The owners are also lovely, we collected the key from their cafe, they gave us complimentary drinks because it was so hot and gave us a lift to the apartment to save us lugging our suitcase up the mountain with our three year old. We also bought some eggs, cheese etc. from their shop in the cafe which was an added bonus.

New ZealandFor the first 2 nights we were the only people staying at the property, as such it was idillic. On our last night the apartments above and below us were also occupied. Above were two small children who were running around their apartment at will, on wooden floors in a wooden building the constant noise was a great disturbance especially when it started again at 0530 in the morning. Recommend the families with small children be placed on the ground floor.
Fernsicht Triesenberg is in a fantastic location being close to restaurants and a supermarket allowing for self catering if required. The views are just awesome overlooking the Rhine Valley across to Switzerland and the mountains. The apartment is very roomy and offers fantastic amenity with a fully equiped and well designed kitchen that includes a family sized table. The lounge has a very comfortable couch and lounge chairs along with another table and chairs offering flexibility of dinning options. The main bedroom has an extremely comfortable super king bed and the bathroom and toilet facilities are generous. The landlords generously allowed us use of laundry facilities, not usually available to occupants. As laundry facilities are not readily available in the area, access to such facilities is an essential for travellers.
