My room had two uninvited guests (lizards) and upon pointing it out the staff took care of them. I guess that’s normal if you are living in a jungle.

Nice views and near to the 9 arches bridge. The staff their is super helpful and amazing.

Everything was great.

We loved everything – the location, the room, the bathroom, the food, the staff, everything was unbelievably great. Such a beautiful lovely place on such a romantic location. The breakfast is outstanding (coconut pancakes our favourite, fruit, too, of course). But the view… Oh, my… it was breathtaking. We are so looking forward to coming back here.

You should be aware that the hotel is on the top of a Hill and 15 mins away from Ella by foot, tuk tuk is around 500 rupies

The staff were kind and very attentive and reactive. Piante was great and drove me around when needed as they have a Toktok for those purposes. View was one of a kind.

It is far enough above Ella so you can hear and see all the birds and some other animals as well right from your balcony. The view is amazing! The rooms are comfortable and the nets above the beds are useful against the mosquitoes. The breastfast includes tea/coffee, fruit juice, toast, pancakes and fruit. We had dinner there every night, the vegetable curries were especially great and the sambol is the best I had during our trip! The guys running the place are very nice and help with anything you need such as cold water, fruit juice, tuktuk tour organizing, etc. It is just a few minute walk to the railway tracks, so Ella Rock is closer than from town.

The Location was very beautiful. A little hard to find. The funniest thing was in the morning, the workers scared a monkey with a mask because they want to steal the breakfast 😂😂

The fans in the room are sufficient for the heat but perhaps air con would be useful.

As the hotel is located on the top of the mountain, the car road ends after a short distance. You have to go up and down the stairs on foot. It's a little difficult, but it's great
