Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Only a short walk from airport. But this depends on what time you arrive or weather conditions. If you are using public transport the bus stops nearby from airport and also for travel to city.

United StatesTermination of free shuttle service that hotel used to offer prior to covid. Being just a mere 1.3 km from the airport, this service is important. Right now all guests are offered to have a taxi called for them to get to the airport (not environmentally friendly solution). Personally, I absolutely disliked the interior design choice of color--black (gulp!). In a country, where sunshine is rare and it rains a lot, having black walls, carpeting, and even dark grey ceilings is like inviting depression and despair feelings. Why would anybody want to spend time in a black painted guest room is beyond me. There is enough stress that traveling causes and seeing black colors all around you does not allow one to relax and enjoy this hotel as much as one could if there were painted in light, mood uplifting, and relaxation inviting colors.
This hotel is close to airport, and it is used by traveller (like myself) who either have an early flight for departure or arrive on a late flight to Vilnius. It's a modern hotel, built in 2018, with an "industrial" design--super high ceilings 10+ meters supposedly (and visible concrete blocks), visible electric wiring and heating/cooling pipes, etc. But rooms are very large as are bathrooms. Breakfast has lots of options: variety of cheeses, cold cuts, cereals, hot drinks (whatever coffee you want will be made by machine), fruits, vegetables, breads, deserts, and eggs. There were also crepes! Hotel has a bar right next to reception. Since I only stayed one night there, I didn't explore anything else that hotel may have to offer.

United StatesWhen we arrived we didn't know what to do - you have to pull up to the gate to the parking lot and then place a phone call to the front desk so they open the gate -- and you have to do it leaving the lot as well. There is a huge sign but it isn't immediately apparent. There were also a lot of cigar smokers as we walked into the hotel and it wasn't quite clear where reception was. If you love cigars this might be a good thing for you! Lastly, I didn't know we were going to have to pay a 2 euro tax upon leaving the hotel: I had spent all my cash because we were flying out the next day and it felt really stupid to have to pay a 2 euro fee on a credit card (I think the overseas credit card fee is more than 2 euros!)
The property is brand new and high-end. A/C in all the parts of the hotel was a pleasant shock! Our room overlooked the TV tower in the distance which was really neat and we were upgraded for free to a suite which was wonderful and had a kitchen - we only chose the hotel because it was close to the airport but it was a great place, the room was just SO spacious and clean and sleek. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and even a dishwasher! The breakfast buffet (included in my room price) was incredible - just jaw-dropping. It spans the whole wall of the breakfast room. Gorgeous selection of local Lithuanian-style breads and cold cuts and fresh fruits and vegetables as well as more standard Continental breakfast items. Yogurt drinks, many kinds of milks, some juices, coffees teas.....we had to run catch a flight but I could have sat at breakfast for an hour. (dinner was good too - we ordered the signature burger and it was huge and came on some sort of black pumpernickel bun - hilarious and delicious)

BelarusThe room was hot, stuffy and not air coned when I stepped in and I couldn't get the AC to work. Being a midnight when I checked in - dont think there was a maintenance personnel to have it fixed. If you open the windows- the noise from the street is too loud, so a comfortable sleep was not an option for me.
The hotel location is perfect for people who travel like me. The proximity to the airport is a huge bonus when choosing this hotel. The front desk staff were great.

IrelandStaff unhelpful and unfriendly. . Tv not working in room and not fixed despite alerting staff. No coffee available after breakfast. Locked out upon arrival even though email sent in advance to advise of arrival time. This is clearly a stop over hotel and not interested in facilitating longer stays

LithuaniaThe hotel is close to the airport, but there is no shuttle service. In the morning there’s nowhere to get coffee — not in the room, not in the hotel, no vending machines. Breakfast starts only at 7 AM, and the “breakfast to go” promised at check-in was never provided. For a 4-star airport hotel, this is unacceptable.

PolandThe navigation brought us to the hotel complex. Getting to the hotel was difficult. There were several barriers defending access to the hotel's parking that didn't open automatically. The phone number written on the barrier conncts you with a barrier repair service. (sic!) The only solution was to get out of the car, walk to the reception and to ask the receptionist to open the gate. Then back to the car, but the barrier was still closed. Again to the receptionist to ask him to open the gate. The hotel was clearly understaffed. The room had a large cubic capacity, but the floor space was poorly utilized. The stairs made the layout impossible. The passage to the left side of the bed on the mezzanine was too narrow for a 100 kilos man. :-) The work around - roll on the bed. Because the hotel staff didn't know how to use the public transport to the center (line 3G), here is a short tutorial. You need a credit card per person to pay for the transportation. The cost in May 2025 was €0.90 per person. After scanning your card, you won't get any receipt. The CC number is your ticket. You can't claim any discounts with your CC, You can purchase a bus card in the center for €1.50 and preload it with tickets. Two people can go with it. If your group is 3 or more, you have a problem.
The hotel is on the road between the airport and the city center. It's a modern building that seems to be adapted to act as a hotel. We received a room that was very tall with a relatively small footprint; the bed was on a mezzanine accessible through internal stairs. There was a TV receiver on both floors. The bathroom was very small squeezed at a concrete structural pillar. The bathroom and the room were very clean, but they must be a hell for the janitors to clean them. The breakfast served in buffet style was quite good - international, but with a lovely Lithuanian twist. Unfortunately the breakfast room was too small to accommodate the hotel guests. Fortunately the line moved quickly. The hotel has its own outside parking. The bus stop towards the center was across the street,

FinlandOn three different occasions, l was awoken by the sound of the alarm system which they claimed was a system failure. The staff was also not helpful. When questioned on why that was not fixed earlier, one of the front desk officers said she was not an engineer to know what was wrong.
Everything was on point. The view from the loft room was amazing and so was the breakfast. The property is also close to the airport which makes it ideal for international travelers.

The bath robe was so small so I couldn't even fit in it normally, inspite of I am M size. The robe was washed out, grey, with threads sticking out.
1. Blind curtains, nice bed. 2. Good location. 3. Tasty breakfast (but not a coffee)
