Room 8, our room we found very dark, it had only one small window. The shower room was nice but a little small and had a window onto the back road, at road level which they had a stick on window cover on.

It was a beautiful old building. It was just in the right place for our stay. The restaurant was lovely, so was the menu but a little on the expensive side for us although we did use the restaurant twice while we were there and the food was excellent. Other restaurants were within walking distance. Parking was on site which we needed. The local Chateaux was well worth the visit.

The bathroom is ready for a make-over. There were spider cobs in both the bathroom and bedroom.

Super friendly people in the breakfast area and the restaurant for dinner. Located in a quiet area (even though the church is close by) and lots of free parking. Very dog-friendly hotel. Spaceous rooms. Good starting point to visit the castle of Bourscheid, Esch-sur-Sûre and its lake.

Staff were great and spoke good English. We were in the annex and found our room was basic but comfy with all we needed for 1 night stay. We walked into town to soak up the history and booked the pool for sole us by us which was great to unwind and cool off. We had our evening meal in the resturant and it was great with excellant wines. Free on-site parking too. Supermarket 2 mins walk away. Breakfast was excellant with hot eggs on order

There was no provision on the day we left (Sunday) for transport to the station The hotel appears to forget clients who don't come by car. It could provide a shuttle!

For a quiet place there was a lot of noise from building works, music (neither from hotel) and also hotel guests talking loudly outside till early hours of morning.

It was in a secluded place which was very quiet even though you were close to town. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. The receptionist was vey helpful when the restaurant was closed due to illness, and booked us a table at another restaurant of our choice.

I loved how secluded the hotel felt surrounded by trees. The place had a great sauna , swimming pool and massage chair. The beds were comfortable and each room had a wonderful Jacuzzi bath. The restaurant was exceptional, I’ve had the best lamb and the best crème brûlée of my entire life there. compliments to the chef!!

The staff were indifferent to us - basically the staff are right and the guests are wrong - particularly the ginger haired waiter. He just shrugged his shoulders and disclaimed the information on Booking.com saying we should only use his website (I wonder how many reservations they get through Booking.com v their website?). There is NO electric vehicle charging station as listed on Booking.com - we picked the hotel as we wanted to charge). The swimming pool and spa area are only available for private reservations so we could not use. The hotel is more like a hostel - the bathroom door does not close as it was swollen, and the furniture is basic. The hotel did not answer our pre-arrival message requests and finally they gave us the wrong room. Overall disappointing.

The hotel itself was in renovation, which is not a problem by itself. What stroke me is that in the room the vynil floor looked unmaintained, the bedline was a bit ripped, and I found spiders in the corners and mould in the bathroom, which for a 3 stars hotel in Luxembourg is unexpected. Pool could only be accessed with appointment because it was very small.

The hotel room is a bit old, not everything holds together. But the beds and shower were very nice.

The hotel is in a really nice place. A lot of walking tours in the region. The staff of the hotel were really nice and accomodating. The pool and sauna were great. The restaurant has a nice interior and the food was good. I would definitely recommend going here.

Reception professional is the best. Went out of her way to organize and is calm gentle, made me feel welcome. Very good facilities like pool n sauna were excellent and restaurant top of bill. Looking forward to return!

After making sure they had lift for disabled friend and myself, and accepted dogs found had to sit in seperate area for breakfast because of dog. Also breakfast served in upstairs room (18) steps. My friend can't climb stairs/steps and it causes lots of additional severe pain for me....but to get breakfast had to struggle up stairs 4 times to bring breakfast down for both of us. Information on hotel said they had restaurant but it was not open so had to struggle out in rain to only 1 restaurant in town...where no one spoke English

The NOISE! Totally not according to hotel rules, there was a party going on outside and under our room. When we asked how long it would last, we were told that it would be at least till after midnight. We complained, and about 23:00 hours when we were almost sleeping, there was a knock on the door, someone offering us a different room.. in another building! We declined the offer, and - with some difficulty - got some of our money back the next day.

Our room was located on the second floor so we had to walk up and down 36 steps carrying luggage as the lift was broken. My husband is 75 and waiting for a knee operation. The sheets on my bed had stains, the shower showed black We made a reservation at the restaurant for 20:00, were there on time but when we arrived we were told that it was way too late. In spite of the comment we did get served .

Breakfast was fine as was the staff. Restaurant food was good and one staff member very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very accessible, the ladies in the reception are very helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious, rooms are very clean and cozy there is a lot of trees around the hotel that makes the terrace extra nice. I like that they have schedules for the pool so I can also have a quiet time with my family.
