Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIf you are arriving by car, it is quite far to parking. The street itself is primarily for pedestrian use but it is in a very busy area (most likely due to proximity to train station) and the street sounds could be heard in the apartment. We were so tired, it didn’t bother us much when we went to bed but it may bother a light sleeper. A few items are showing wear like the kettle (which was beyond use) and some furniture.
If you are arriving by train, the location is great. The apartment is modern and we loved having all windows equipped with shutters. The apartment is bright, updated and well secured. There were ample linens provided and all the beds (including the pull out sofa) were already set up and ready when we arrived. The owners communicated ahead of time to give check in information as well as contact information and, between the two owners, they speak multiple languages.

The apartment stays in a location easy to access everything, has a good size with good beds in general, all the facilities that we used were working fine. Good place to stay with 3 people.

UkraineNo elevator. Towels deserve to be replaced with new ones. When you enter the room - there is no place to hang your jackets or leave your boots which makes the place more messy than it should be. Water pressure is as low as it can be.

United StatesAs a small inconvenience, we were not allowed to leave our luggage at the property even after the previous guest had checked out. We left it at the train station.
The hosts were responsive and the flat was clean. The beds were comfortable. There are nice restaurants and markets in the vicinity. The central train station is about 300m away. The place is right in the city center, very well connected via bus and tram.

PhilippinesWhat i did not like is this apartment is nearby to the night club around the corner. The second floor dont have a elevator so we have to carry our luggages from the ground floor all the way to the second floor. The pillows are very poor quality and over used.
I like the apartment it is big and very good for a group of friends to travel or even a family. Where you can cook your own meals. They have a 2 big bedroom. 1 room can feet 4 people and 1 room for 2 peoplq can sleep there. The bonus for this apartment the sofa bed can sleep 3 people there too. They have a big shower room and separated to the toilet room. The apartment is walking distance only to the city center and transportation around 4 to 5 mins walk.
