How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Ants in the bedroom. Cleaning could be better in the bedroom.
The location is excellent near the medina and walking distance to the beaches. The air conditioning was good. Netflix was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with omelette if requested, great coffee and fresh juices.

For long stay I don't recommend because don't have to much facilities.

Everything was good!
It was a pleasant surprise! I booked the hotel for a night for a stopover and I loved it. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel, in a nice area, close to everything and mostly quiet. The buffet breakfast was definitely a good addition. I will come back !

As any other hotel, there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room, seems it is normal and breakfast selection a bit lack as no meet option at all otherwise the hotel is decent.
A relatively great location, close to medina a bit further bit still into walking distance to train station. Hotel is clean, decent size of room. Staff very friendly and very good value for money. Hotel also has a nice terrace where they serving breakfast.

It wasn't a problem for us but light came in from the corridor through cracks in the door frame. There were also a few ants in the room, but it wasn't a problem for us.
Fantastic staff, they helped us a lot. The bed was very comfortable and was great to have a smart TV. Great location. They booked us a taxi as we arrived late and left very early. They were also at hand to give us advice before our stay. Breakfast was nice. Wonderful country, wonderful city, wonderful people.

A little bit noisy at breakfast time, though I think our bedroom was directly beneath the dining room.
The hotel is well located for visiting the historic areas of Rabat and only a short walk down to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served on the terrace upstairs and was very good, especially since it was included in the price. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

The bathroom was not very nice and the shower door didn’t close
Very close to the centre. The staff was very nice and accommodating, as I told them I was lactose intolerant they went to buy me lacto free milk to make me coffe in the morning

Facilities basic.
Everything was fine but just no common lounge room or extras. Due to location no need for taxi to station and back Rabat streets good to walk.

absolutely unready, unskilled, useless black receptionist with the glasses: no knowledge, no English, no French, unable to show, advise, say nothing, only smiling do not use even numbers 2,4,6,8.... they have windows into the street, just to the extra shining street lamps, no way to asleep twice a night a very intensive sound of muezzin breakfast is only vegetarian, the salami only the last day breakfast starts at 7.30, but the waiter starts to bring the food or starts to cook tea just before the eight a lot of smokers on the gallery in the evening

Property doesn't have elevator but for me was ok as it is only 2 storey building.
Staff are very helpful, location is great, property is clean, breakfast has good variety with a great on roof city/ocean view.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. You have to get there first thing or a lot of the buffet will be cold. Apart from the nice morrocan style of the main reception the rooms are just like any other basic hotel room.
The staff were nice and it's in an amazing central location. Breakfast included. The rooftop restaurant was very nice, very cheap to grab a mint tea or some pizza there and watch the sun set. Very comfortable beds.
