The rooms are furnished so that you cannot move about the room easily. The toilet was at a slopping angle that you felt it would tip over the shower was warm but the whole room seemed unclean and bugs were visible on the marbled flooring and bed cover. The noise from the street was easily heard through the windows

Bathroom was very very small. Toilet itself was perched on a step so awkward to use. Shower had basically enough room to stand in, just. Room was at back of hotel with window opening onto roofs was unattractive. Soundproofing was non existent, be it doors opening and closing, noise from kitchen upstairs, water running, toilets flushing or worst of all, hearing what sounded like someone 2 or 3 rooms away vomiting (I really didn't need to hear that at 7am).

Place was clean enough. Location is ideal. Hot water all the time. For what I paid the room was adequate but would have been disappointed if I had paid more.

Small room, smaller bathroom and even smaller shower. Poor breakfast. Very noisy, especially the noise coming from the workers in the kitchen, just above the rooms. The room's door doesn't close properly. At least one of the workers doesn't speak English which made hard to communicate on arrival (even though English was listed as one of the languages spoken). The hotel needs a complete refurbishment.

Very well located, outside the medina but just a couple of minutes walking to the walls. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The room and the bathroom were a bit old and you can see the bathrooms flaws the paint is wearing off also the mirror started to show black and brown spots meaning it's very old there were no handle to hang the shower head

They show a pictures of a room that contains a chair and table and a sofa in addition of two bed and it was around 20 ms when I come I found out that it’s not the same room without anything but two beds when I asked at the reception they guy (very rude stuff their) he answered me that they just have those pictures for booking and it’s a model room which doesn’t exist maybe + it’s dirty and the facility is destroyed and old and nothing is positive about , breakfast inclus from 7-11 but if you are late like at 10 you probably will not have anything to eat. I do not recommend it

Very tiny room, can hear every step outside your room. Had ants in the room, shower seemed very sketchy and not properly cleaned.

It felt like being in a prison room. Not soundproofed in anyway and you could hear every single door slamming and chair scraping in the early hours on the top floor for breakfast. everything echoed around the corridors and room. I mean we are fairly happy with most places but we do expect glass in the window and a shower head that works stays up and works. We had neither in the bathroom. The shower was very bad and everything just very very worn and tired.

everything else. it was dirty - in the pictures you can see mold all under the bathroom sink. there were ants on the floor. when we informed the receptionist, he just sprayed an anti-ant detergent all over the room, so we had to inhale that all night. after contacting booking in this matter, we were offered a room change, but that was after 10PM and we were ready to sleep, so we declined. the room also didn’t look like in the pictures - it was way less Moroccan in style and of course, not so clean. the towel hanger was barely hanging. it wasn’t worth the price
