Only down side was the drink choice. The local spirits were very poor and cocktails where like syrup. I think it would be nice to also add cava to the list

Aircon only runs 6pm-6am, dinner hall not air conditioned. Drinks at breakfast weren’t enjoyable Frogs were extremely noisy at night could be heard with doors closed

Not loads in the immediate vicinity but we wanted to relax anyway. Taxis available across the road are cheaper than those ordered by the hotel and confirm prices first. Beds could be more comfortable

Massive hotel, loads of space around the pool and the pool staff were always happy to get you a sunbed. All staff really friendly and the entertainment team were great. Food was hot, good variety, got a bit samey towards the end but we never went hungry

Alcohol is extremely weak, food was average, disappointed that the restaurants are just buffets.

Meal times were a little rushed and noisy. Karaoke bar was too loud and played terrible music when nobody was singing. Hang the D.J this bar felt grubby with drunken idiots.no tea and coffee maker in the room.

I would have appreciated a kettle in the room. Also, the towels in the room are in need of an upgrade. A larger selection of spirits would have also been good.

Couldn't really fault the resort.

Overall excellent.. General buffet food for dinner a little basic but the Moroccan Alhambra Restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed 2 great evening meals there. Staff super efficient friendly and helpful. Great pools in the complex and bea h very easily accessed with available loungers and umbrellas dedicated for Resort guests.

The towel box could have been left open a bit longer. Occupation of benches should be managed, even though there are clear rules about not occupying them, there are still many people occupying them early with towels.(Even air, no joke, my partner and I saw three benches under the parasol with towels on one of them, we used the two that were not occupied, and later met by a family saying they had taken them already) many people are occupying the poolside, sunbeds and beachside spots at the same time with personal items, but won't be using them for hours (for sure) it's very frustrating.

The location is perfect, close to the beach and everything. The outdoor pool is very nice suitable for all and not crowded. The Staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was open at reasonable hours and had a good selection of food. We stayed in a room with a balcony and enjoyed a very nice seaview.

First night we were very lucky to get a place at the a la carte Asian. Whilst it was quite and less busy, it was still a buffet concept. The food wasn't wow. And the worse part was the lack of clear labelling meant my 13 year old son managed to get pork dish on his plate. I almost made the same mistake. Even at dinner in the main restaurant, roast pork was kept next to chicken. If I'm honest, this really has put me off booking again. Which is a shame, because it is otherwise a lovely hotel with amazing staff. Just to note about accessibility. Rooms on upper floors don't have lifts. And whilst there are ramps around the grounds, they are a bit steep.

Rooms were lovely, we were able to get connecting rooms which was perfect. The food was good, selection and variety. Indoor heated pool was swimmable but closes at 6pm. It is salt water so something to be aware of and although it's heated, it's not hot, it's swimmable. Easy access to the beach. Nice area private to guests on the beach. Slightly smaller than the iberostar next door in terms of size but that can be an advantage. Large lobby area with lots of space to chill in the evening. Do check out the Riu art, it was a lovely chill place. And lots of activities throughout the day for the whole family inc football volley-ball etc Amazing front desk staff, super helpful !

8.1 rating is fair The food is tasteless. The food in Asian restaurants tastes nothing like Asia. （McDonald's is 5 minutes away by car） The room facilities are ancient: The sheets and towels look like they have been washed millions of times. The shower and wash basin drains are clogged and drain slowly. The bin cannot be opened. The dead fly in the corner has not been seen or cleaned by the cleaners for a whole week. The air conditioning controller is broken. The doors and windows are seriously rusted. The towel office opening hours were very short, so we had to wait a long time every day for towels to be changed, and one employee refused to change the towels for the same day???!

The beach and sea view are stunning. The hotel's public areas and swimming pool are significant. Staff are very friendly. It is comparable to hotels in Tenerife but cheaper.

The food could have been a bit better quality but there were loads of it. The evening entertainment could be improved.

The property was aesthetically pleasing, particularly the pool area. It was gated and I felt very safe. The hotel was right across the promenade from a lovely beach and a short cab ride from the fort and Old Medjna (a must go). Staff were lovely. Ahmed in the entertainment team was super helpful.

Only real issue was breakfast - full breakfast started at 0730 although they opened at 0630 (but you could not even get a boiled egg at 0700!). I wish the indoor pool opened eralier for a swim before breakfast

Food was good but the facilities were buffet only and it all felt a bit like a school cafeteria. The staff were excellent. All other facilities (numerous pools and a gym were good.
