MoroccoWe were 3 adults and took the two bedroom apartment but we’re only given 2 towels a small soap despite having 2 bathrooms. We called to request for slippers but were told they don’t give any. Also, the TV in the living room wasn’t working. The kitchen had no kettle and very poor stencils. The value for money was bad.

South AfricaShower floor is extremely slippery and dangerous. On arrival we went to the restaurant to check what the hours were for dinner and when we got there in the evening, it was closed for a private function and we had to eat in the cafe which was not ideal - had they advised us when we asked, we would have eaten in town.

IndiaBreakfast was limited. I could not get “hot” coffee. The restaurant staff needs to be more efficient and fast to clear the tables.
It was very easy to locate this property on maps, ample parking space and check in was smooth. The front desk was very helpful, despite of arriving at 2AM the person was very attentive. rooms were clean, spacious and well lit. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. There was no dryer, but can be managed for short trips.

AustraliaCheck-in took for ever, the staff were very slow, we waited for 45mins to check-in. Also the lock in the bathroom was not working and my husband got locked inside and could not get out! It would be beneficial with the house had 2 remote controls for the TV, no hot spa or hot pool.
