Basic, stark room. Bottom sheet did not cover the mattress. Paper cups for tea not good. 27€ for breakfast buffet is too much.

The first room I was given was appalling- after I complained I was given a good room. It is annoying to arrive to the room after traveling and have to call to complain and move again into a different room

Good value for money in the Monaco’s context

Executive room had nothing extra that I could see over a normal room. Our view from room 703 was of a 15 storey concrete tower under construction, jack hammers and drilling started at 7.30am weekdays. The toilet is a separate room from the shower room, it was tiny, I definitely couldn't see a larger person being happy with the size of the toilet. The "sea view" was of the sea, roughly 8km away over the roof tops of the buildings in Old Monaco City. For £540 per night this was definitely not what you would expect however, the location and easy access to Monaco are worth it. We priced other boutique hotels and they were similar costs but without the great bar facilities and restaurant on site. Would definitely use this hotel again but wouldn't bother with the Executive upgrade, just not worth it. If you need a great base to visit Monaco this ticks boxes but just don't expect glamorous rooms. The staff were great, very helpful and accommodating, the guys and girls in the bar were fantastic.

This is obviously not the hotel's fault but in general the building noise in Monaco is on a high level.

We enjoyed the junior suite which accommodated us comfortably 2 children in the bedroom separated by the sliding door, and one adult in the living room on the sofa bed which was actually quite ok. We had an amazing view of the harbour and the Rock, and a huge balcony. The staff were extremely polite and helpful (all that we have encountered). The breakfast had a great selection and was in a nice setting by the pool. The bar and relaxing area also looked very inviting. It was very close to the train station and also the bus stop was extremely close. The hotel overall was very comfortable and extremely clean, we were very happy.

There is no robe and slippers, would be nice if they would leave a pack of cotton pads & one time use tooth brush with toothpaste in room.

There was building works going on on block hotel opposite so they workers were drilling all day. Sunday was great , sat out on balcony nice peaceful with wonderful view. From Monday onwards woken by drilling and too noisy to sit out. The double glazed door was good to shut out most of the noise but could still be heard. No communication from hotel about building works. Shame because the room was great.

Spacious executuve room with balcony lovely shower and lovely room.. Comfortable bed, nice view from balcony. Location good to get to anywhere. Lots of room for clothes. Complimentary mini bar for executive room with 2 coke, sprite, water every day. Would stay at this hotel again.
