We unfortunately had to move from our original spacious and light bedroom as the air conditioner broke. The room we moved to was much smaller and dark.

Friendly staff and well located. Great that we had access to the fridge and kitchen. Lovely complimentary coffees available all day.

Location, Location, Location 100m from the main gate to the old town, bars and restaurants within 25m of the front door, We had to check in a little earlier than their stated 14h as we had a boat trip booked, which was not a problem, we called them when we arrived at 13h and they arrived within a couple of minutes, although our room took 20 or so minutes to finalise, it was not an issue as we popped out for a nearby coffee, returning 20 minutes later and our room was ready. The staff were friendly and professional. Lovely room, nice decorated with a comfy bed and cold AC, bathroom was adequate with plentiful hot water. The added extra of shared kitchen & living room facilities on each floor was a bonus we were not expecting, although we only stayed one night, so didn't really get to use it, other than using the wine glasses. nevertheless this is a nice additional facility. We had a good night sleep and the room was nice and quiet, a little noise from the floor above (no more than footsteps) but it is an old building so no more than one would expect. Good value for money in the heart of Kotor old town We would definitely recommend and if we ever return to Kotor would look to stay here again

Charming, stylish, modernised rooms right in the centre of Old Town. A lovely oasis of calm and serenity. Excellent air con, wifi, safe, shutters and kitchen facilities. Very quiet at night. And on top of that, Adrijana and her team are delightful hosts. Highly recommended! Thank you for the extremely helpful parking reservation only 12 min walk away for €5/day. And also for the good advice to visit Zanjice beach.

Located in the heart of Old Town Kotor. Beautiful old apartment with lots of amenities. Very helpful and friendly staff. We felt very safe and loved the location. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Parking was close by and an easy walk to the apartment.

The bathroom was small and smelt very musty - no window. Be careful and give clear instructions if getting washing done - ours must have been washed in hot water and everything together so clothes came back grey/faded. Cleaning staff also threw out our food by mistake before we checked out but the receptionist was very apologetic and replaced it.

Very easy to get to and excellent location for sightseeing. Very comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Shared lounge and kitchen were comfortable and well stocked.

The location in old town was fantastic. The room was spacious and very modern. We were happy we arranged a parking spot outside of the old town via the accommodation, was a 10 minute walk and very convenient.

I must say this was the best stay of my entire 2 weeks trip, and I stayed at very luxurious hotels as well. But what sets Kotor Nest apart is the customer service. The hotel staff are very attentive and they do everything they can, they go above and beyond for their guests’ needs. If I visit Kotor again, I wouldn’t think twice and book my stay at Kotor Nest again. Don’t waste time looking for another place, stay here and thank me later😉

The room was a bit dark but that is inevitable in a town with narrow alleys.

I've spent five days in Kotor Nest for a double purpose — beside spending my vacation, I needed to get some work done. Kotor Nest was the perfect place for that. It's in the middle of Kotor Old Town. You get out of the door and literally 10 steps away is the next café or restaurant. I had one of these spacious rooms, nicely decorated, wooden floors. Each of the wings of Kotor Nest—I believe there are three wings and one extra apartment—has their own communal kitchen with a shared fridge. I found that very convenient and better than having the kitchen in your own apartment. In the second floor there is also a communal living room which you can use when you want to rest inside for a while. Staff of Kotor Nest is extremely helpful in every respect. As the facilities serve as a co-living and co-working space in spring and fall, the Internet connection is strong and stable.

We didn’t realize that it would be on the third floor. No elevator, which is understandable since it’s an ancient building. Definitely appreciated HELP with her luggage.

Would have loved a terrace but we booked late so nothing

Deluxe room is a must with private bathroom. We booked the day before and got an immediate response. So helpful and friendly. We were even able to check in early and they were happy to store our luggage if the room hadn’t been ready. Big room with comfy arm chair and desk with chair. Krups bean to cup coffee machine outside the room was fabulous. Communal kitchen with fridge, dining table and tv lounge. Two big flights of stairs up in the building but it was easy. Great location, aircon old but worked well and we were not bothered by the noise. Easy walk to the bus station, supermarket, shopping centre and beach area

Perfect location! We stayed in a warm and spacious room with high ceiling. It has a large kitchen and dining room where we prepared and had our breakfast. There is a coffee/tea station and small fridge on the large hallway just outside the room. The bathroom is spacious and clean. There is laundry facilities - the concierge kindly offered to do it and delivered them dried & folded at 5euros.

First floor kittchen a little bit old (second floor is better) No elevator (because the building is old) At night the room becomes freezing cold due to the cold seeping through the windows. This is why my baby got sick

When we booked a room, in thedescription it was said thatthe bathroom was external and private. But We didn't expect it to be down the hallway. A bit inconvenient but didn't effect our stay that much.

The location is amazing! And the design of the room was really nice. The room was spacious and bright. It was also really nice to have access to the kitchen.

We were moved to an alternative location a short walk from the Kotor Nest. Didn’t quite expect to be so many stairs to access.

Spotlessly clean, conveniently located, facilities all adequate for our needs, staff attentive, the change to our accommodation was well handled by the Kotor Nest team.
