We didn’t realise that the bathrooms were shared when booking the rooms.

It was not clear from the booking that shared communal rooms such as sitting room were not available to all guests, only ‘deluxe rooms’ - so we had nowhere available to us except our room and corridor, with small kitchenette. Reception desk was also situated directly outside our room which was a little off putting as it felt like you had little privacy when coming and going between bedroom and the (shared) bathroom. Cleaning ladies were also hovering around the corridor and shared bathroom areas from 8am so even less privacy.

Location was perfect in the old town. Good value for location. Large bed, large room and good air con.

Nothing really, I can def recommend this place.

Amazing venue right in the heart of the breathtaking old town. Probably the best stay we had on our trip through the Balkan. The rooms and public areas are designed beautifully, exactly like the photo’s. There’s (good) coffee and tea for free and a nice area for working from your laptop. Our bedroom was just perfect; a large bed with clean linen, a spacious bathroom and finally a working A/C which is no crime during the summer. Marko and Xenia from the reception are lovely and very willing to give advise on what to see and do in the surroundings. A big 10!!!

the nest is located at the city main square. if there is a concert/party in town: don’t expect a quiet night.

There were no blackout curtains and I didn't realize that the bathrooms were shared (my bad for not reading the description) but never had a problem, bathrooms were great and there were 3 of them.

The location was 10/10, the room was enormous, the AC worked amazingly, the bed was super comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly. There was a great desk to work on and could not hear the noise from the street even though it was right in the middle of town. Free laundry service!

Great place! Lovely large room, very clean and well designed. Shared kitchen and living space were a lovely bonus, as was the free coffee. Great location.

The advertising of the room is a little misleading. It suggests you have sole use of certain facilitates when in fact this isn’t the case. Although the facilities are nice and easy use it is not how it appears on booking.com and think this needs to be tweaked. However it did not cause any major issues for us!

Location was fab, room was great, comfortable and very clean. The air conditioning was perfect and it was quite soundproof from outside noises. Staff were very helpful too. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Noise/light coming in from the windows at night. There were only sheer curtains and no light blocking curtains.

We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom which was fine- bathrooms were close to the rooms and well kept. The room was very spacious and modern. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

it was a very nice facility. It is in the heart of Kotor, location is amazing! The place is very nice and clean, the room is so wide and so comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay, do not think much and book Kotor Nest ☺️👍

I didn’t like the rusty support for the shower gel in the bathroom. It really needs to be changed (room 22). Also, some towel had red stains that I like to think it wasn’t blood :)

2 bathrooms, 1 one was bit strange as you go through the washing area.

A little bit expensive for what it was, but in all it was ok. Free coffee all day. Staff are the best, super friendly and helped me save money on other things. Showers hot!

The apartments aren’t completely sound-proofed from each other so there was some noise, including from the coffee machine which is in the corridor. There weren’t any hooks or hangers to dry towels or hang them in the bathroom.

Excellent location right in the middle of the old town, walking distance to the beach area too. Beautifully-decorated rooms which look just like the pictures. Great coffee machine and shared facilities with fridge space and cooking utensils, plus a lounge area. Staff were friendly and helpful, easy to contact on What’s App. Everything was spotlessly clean too, with lovely room scent in the corridors as well!

Some nearby pubs are quite loud and you can hear a bit from the room. Not too bad at all, and that never bothered me. However if you like a very silent room this may not be great for you.

Honestly, one of the best places I stayed in the past few months. My rooms was absolutely charming and spacious, and very functional. As i work remotely, I can pleasantly surprised by their great wifi. The desk in the room is also very helpful! Location is great, right in Old Town.

We stayed for a week, our room was just near the reception and coffee machine. The doors should be noise insulated, we could hear every conversation and the coffee machine running which made sleeping in impossible. The room was never cleaned, which I don’t mind, but the trash should’ve been taken out at least once. The only thing missing was a drying rack for beach towels and swimsuits.

Great location, in the heart of Kotor, but the windows isolate the outside noise very well. Common bathrooms here very clean, didn’t need to wait to use them. comfortable huge bed.
