There was a strong unpleasant smell from fridge.

What I really like in this hotel was a good restraint, in which we visited in the our first day, and spa zone that included Hammam and sauna. We had two separate rooms where one was for the my daughters and the other for my wife and me. This were quite spacious rooms with living and bed areas. Moreover one of the room had a cookery space.

We got two smaller beds connected into one bed, we only wish it was one whole bed, so we didn’t keep falling in between. But besides that everything was great.

It was great, clean, close to the black lake, close to the city. Price even included a turkish bathroom and a spa, which came to our surprise. Stuff was great!

A small thing, but there is a pillar at the end of the bed, which was awkward to walk around, and may be a problem for someone who is of a larger build or with mobility issues.

Super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very comfortable. One day it rained all day, but we were very happy to enjoy the hotels comfort and facilities, including free use of the spa on the top floor. The restaurant serves delicious and reasonably priced food and wine. Substantial breakfast. We had a car, but the hotel was an easy walk into town.

As an often guest I have to admit there is no better place to stay and feel very welcomed, food is exceptitional, specially national one (must try in hotel Soa). Also I recommend to see what Soa Experience agency is offering, amazing tours! Thank you Soa Team 🙌🏻

There was limited seafood options; smoked salmon and trout. It would be nice if there was shrimp and grilled or steamed salmon on the menu as well. Frozen, made to order wouldn't be wasteful and it would give pescatarian's more options. Green veggies would be nice too if available (broccoli, brussel sprouts, etc).

An amazing morning buffet! So many choices and everything was delicious. Loved our room too!

We had the Luxury Apartment, getting of the left side of the bed, involves a narrow passage and bypass of a column, which requires flexible abilities of an acrobat, or you will bump into one of them

Compact yet efficiently organized room. Comfy bed. Great on-site restaurant. Kudos to Bojan (sp?) for being super welcoming and providing a wealth of information about the area. More kudos to Bogdan for a glorious tour of the Durmitor national park (tour offered by the hotel, must do!). House dog Bruno also very welcoming. Custom made omelette for breakfast.

This beautiful and luxurious hotel is located right in the mountains, on the doorstep of the Durmitor National Park. We arrived early and the wonderfully friendly hotel reception arranged for an early check in for us, which was not expected but very much appreciated. Our stay was just amazing and I could not rate it highly enough- fantastic breakfast; great evening dining with superb dishes; attentive staff and the best local sightseeing recommendations. I had an issue with my airline losing my luggage , and a very special mention to Bojan at the reception for not only tracking it down but in arranging its delivery to my next hotel for me. His attentiveness, assistance offered and dedication were so very much appreciated. Exceptional hotel, highly recommend!

Stylish, new hotel in a lovely location with amazing friendly and helpful staff, and a top floor spa that comes free with the room if you book it in time. There are plenty of great hikes and activities in the area, so stay for a few days. Excellent food too!

We didn’t have hot water when we arrived. It was fixed within 15 mins. (I believe they forgot to turn the boiler on). The room was not prepared for the number of people ordered in advance (amenities, towels). But immediately after we requested they sent more.

The stuff was very very nice and service oriented. The food was very good. Room was comfortable and well maintained.

The room we originally booked was with 2 separate beds. The upgrade provided a double bed and a big sofa-bed instead. The room, with the sofa-bed unfolded, felt right away too full, with little possibility to walk around in the room.

The restaurant was nice, we had a reserved table. The breakfast was wealthy with things for everyone's likes. The room we got, was upgraded on our arrival.
