Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DominicaTo carry our suitcases up and down the stairs. Same for groceries. The area not nice to walk around, main road no space to walk and everything is gated so no easy access to beach or lagoon + nice view over a swimming pool but no access to the pool.
The apartment was great. A lot of space. Big balcony nice view. AC working wel. Bed comfortable.

Normally we stay at the Orient bay but this location is better to avoid crowds. The balcony has a nice view and is private. Stephanie and Martine are excellent!

United StatesThe hand over process is a little haphazard, and could be improved by providing photos of the meeting location and perhaps a photo of the google map location. We had mobile data service which allowed us to communicate with Sarah to narrow down the meeting location! The location is fairly rural, and so you will need a rental car (or get a taxi service number from Sarah). This issue is not unique to this apartment: If you are in an apartment or a resort that is not in the major towns of Marigot or Philipsburg, you will need a means of transport to get around! One final suggestion (not a dislike: more of a recommendation): several reviews have mentioned the haphazard provision of information about the apartment (wifi, door access codes, etc.). Instead of several hand-written, easily lost scraps of paper each with part of the info needed, maybe produce a typed one page document with all the information clearly displayed. On such a document, please add instructions for the use of the washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. in English and French!
The apartment is very spacious, with two large bedrooms with large, comfortable (king) beds, a large family room and kitchen, separate bathroom with a large shower, and toilet. There is a terrace that overlooks the lagoon, equipped with a very useful adjustable sunshade. The apartment is in a very quiet area, and is very safe (security gates to the complex and security door to the apartment block). Sarah who met us to hand over keys, etc. was very helpful and provided a lot of useful information. She recommended the very nearby beach bar, the Boho Grill, serves snacks and drinks. You can lounge on the beach too. There is a nearby French bakery, a small supermarket (co-located with a gas station) as well as two very good French restaurants (she highly recommended Cote Lagon for excellent food and good value - she was right!). All within walking distance. Sara uses WhatsApp very effectively to provide information and respond to any concerns very quickly (the fridge/freezer failed during our stay: it was replaced the next day).

Hostess Beatrice was Amazing, and was always there to help make our stay to this beautiful place a pleasurable one. The location was perfect, just a short walk across the street to Boho Beach, close to a small grocery store and gas station. The place was perfect, super clean with up to date decor and amenities. Was a clean, safe, and secure place to stay!!! loved our stay here and highly recommend!!! Thank you Beatrice!!!
