The air conditioner only cooled part of the room. One side of the bed was freezing cold and the other side was extremely warm.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I needed two plug converters and housekeeping provided them without question.

Fisherman Wharf is very quiet and not many shops.

We booked a 2 rooms suite. The size of the living area and dinning area was surprisingly large. Love both Victorian design & comfort level. It's very spacious. Love the vibes. Right next to Fisherman Wharf is a great point. The fact that it is right opposite Sands is a good advantage for gamblers & the free shuttle.

The breakfast buffet was a little bit disappointing. The staff were all amazing and we have no complaints there but the food was not as delicious as we’d hoped! My children would have liked some waffles and pancakes to be available, but they were not anywhere to be seen on the breakfast buffet, at any of the stations. We arrived at the restaurant just after 9am, which meant there were still 90 minutes left of the breakfast service, so I’m not certain whether these items had been offered in limited supply earlier and had run out, or they were not offered at all. Also the tea was tasteless, and the fresh coffee machine was not working.

We loved our very spacious two bedroom suite. The beds were very comfy. Also, the staff were all great, front desk and concierge staff, restaurant staff, the lady by the pool and room service and housekeeping. All of our queries and needs were dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. We had fun in the pool area, especially relaxing in the hot tub! The hotel is walking distance to Fisherman’s wharf, with a variety of cafes, restaurants, and dessert shops.

The only problem was that they did not provide any form of milk for the complimentary tea and coffee in the room - this was strange.

Very helpful staff and good location. Close to the ferry terminal and there is a free shuttle service to the Cotai strip from just across the street. A short bus ride to the historic sites also. The room was very comfortable and spacious - lovely bath. Housekeeping provided ample free bottled water on request and extra pillows. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was also great for relaxing in the afternoon.

Extremely clean room. We stayed in a 2BR suite . Really nice hotel, the staff are very accomodating. The service is fast. Beds are comfy, the toiletries, we love. It was a great 4night stay with my adult children.

It's a pity we had to settle for 2 beds instead of one big bed after specifying the latter. Also, an earlier check in time would be nice, as 3pm is late.

I enjoyed the special rates for meals when booked at reception. Great offerings and variety. Comfortable rooms, beautiful hotel and helpful staff.

Not many restaurants close by, Fisherman's Wharf area a bit of a ghost town.

Easy to get to from the ferry terminal and free bus from nearby casino was easy way to get to Cotai Strip. Good sized, well equipped rooms, nice pool and spa area.

The location is bad. Not within walking distance from the ferry pier or any light meal/coffee location.

Not so easy to get taxis due to location. Windows small. We had drilling noise going on in our room when we checked it. Took reception ages to look into noise. They called to say it was house keeping vacuuming!!! It definitely was drilling!
