Breakfast in the hotel is poor for 4 stars hotel and the whole week is the same. Lifts work slow. Water pressure is weak and location of water tab is not suitable to wash hands. Pillows are small. In general this hotel is between 2 and 3 stars.

The location is comfortable to go out. Shops and restaurants are near. Bus stop is also near to go to different places.

The room had a mattress that felt like it was made out of wood. The main problem was the sockets (the UK one’s) and there weren’t enough adapters, we were just lucky to have our power-banks charged up. The pool was quite small, there weren’t enough areas with shadow. The water in the shower did not drain well.

The location was good (it is in area with active night life), the breakfast was nice, tasty and varied. The staff was friendly as well.

Only a small criticism ,so much could be done with the rooftop pool ,play chilled out dance music instead of Kylie and Jason ,also a bit of colour and might not be possible but move the pool so you can see spinola bay instead of the constant building work

One of the pool towels got missing from our room, and we did mention it to the stuff assuming that probably one of the cleaning ladies took it from the room. At the check out We still had to pay for it.

The bed was short for a tall person . Room 503. Also two twin beds put together with queen mattress toppers so felt the center of bed. Soft or damaged foot end in one twin bed. Claimed city tax or tourist tax on arrival in cash. Should be included in the booking or room payment.

The breakfast buffet was nice with good selection. The pool on rooftop with showers was nice for cool down. You get beach towel on arrival . Staff is friendly. Especially Hemma and Prem.

If you are looking for a pretty view then you need to be further out of the resort, which is very busy.

Location was excellent for the centre of resort. If you are there to enjoy the nightlife then great place. Pool was good plenty of sunbeds, maybe some shade options would be better.

The pool wasn't open for the whole trip, and a lot of buildings worked around and outside the hotel. There is no fan in the bathroom, so it is difficult to clear.
