United KingdomYoung girl receptionist didn't come across very reassuring when it came to hotel £50 deposit. Her demeanor didnt seem very trustworthy. Any questions I asked her throughout the stay she didn't have much knowledge regarding. When booking the sightseeing bus she requested cash, when we asked for a local cashpoint she wasn't very helpful. Just shrugged her shoulders when we said we didn't have any cash. But all in all, the other staff were lovely and helpful! The other problem we had was the cleaners were banging around super early in the morning in the corridors. Around 7.30/8am the cleaners were knocking on doors to clean rooms. This woke us up every morning. Therefore we chose to put the do not disturb on our door to prevent them walking in if we were asleep and didn't hear them knock. Quite late In the evening they were banging around still cleaning. The rooms weren't very noise proof as we could hear every conversation from down the corridor. But regardless from this we would most definitely stay for a short break! Not sure we would stay there during the summer for a longer relaxing holiday.
Location was amazing as was the view from the roof top. Room was clean and tidy and bed was huge. Breakfast was lovely great selection of choice.

Turkeythe constant constructions all around Malta including St.Julians create a lot of noise. It is definetely not good to hear a lot of noise early in the morning.
Breakfast has enough variety. It was above average. The staff is very helpful. Location is perfect.

Location was great, close to the bus stops, many restaurants and the bay. The staff was nice and helpfull. Breakfast was really ok (big variety of products although not many vegan/vegetarian options), manu was the same every day, quality of products was good but not amazing. We received the 'lunch boxes' with snacks and sandwitches as we were checking out early in the morning, before the breakfast - that was really nice. Beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms clean. I visited the hotel in Nov and there were few days when I could hear the noises from the bars/clubs on the street (despite the 5th floor) so I guess this could be an issue in the high season. After all I recommend this place, I would sleep there for the second time.
