We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When made a courteous inquiry abut the rooms we asked her a question she even started eyerolling her eyes. Spain4* hotel could have a small battle of water at arrival in the fridge. Breakfast was ok but quite repetitive and without an option to order an omelette or pancake; juice was not good (no fresh juice just sirup with water- coffee was however very good!)

MaltaThe air conditioning was very noisy and disturbed my sleep. Another thing we were disappointed about was that, since the hotel is a pet-friendly one, we expected there to be an area in the dining space where we could bring our dog. However, we weren’t allowed in—not even in the outdoor area—which meant we had to take turns having breakfast instead of enjoying it together.

IrelandNo check in until 3pm. On checkout receptionist had no record of us paying government tax on arrival. After a delay she rang her manager who was straight away able to say she forgot to record it even though she didn’t have access to records at the time, several other guests had come through the hotel during the week but she remembered us immediately, we almost missed our boat connection as a result.
