The hotel and rooms were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Matthew, Margaret, and Marisa. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views.

United KingdomI didn’t like that the spa pool was also the indoor pool and children were allowed from 9am-5pm so on the couple of days it rained there was literally nowhere to move in there!
We were transferred to the Corinthia next door as it seems that the Radisson Blu was double booked. It was part of the same resort and they threw in breakfast so we just accepted these things happen. Lots of restaurants to choose from and the Italian and American one very competitively priced. The views in the day and evening were beautiful. The pools were lovely especially the adult only one.

SwitzerlandWe spent some time looking for the kids area just to find out that there was none so maybe the map could be updated or a kids area actually created. Maybe to have a Kids club would be great.
The breakfast, the facilities in general were amazing and the staff. Very welcoming upon arrival. The staff was great. Especially Margaret very helpful and welcoming during breakfast and Elge very friendly and assisting the children. The staff in general is very child friendly which is amazing.

What a wonderful team who couldn’t do enough to help you feel that you were staying somewhere luxurious. The breakfast was excellent and I just loved the choice of pools.
