A room with a nice view would have been preferable. The power cuts are not in their control but it can be scary when it goes out while in the elevator

This was my second stay at this hotel, my husband and I came to the city to visit family. The staff were courteous, professional and very helpful. The room and bathroom was clean. You have to remember to put the sign on the door to get housekeeping daily. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the options were many, even for a pickier eater as myself.

The staff at the checkout sometimes seem to be too engaged with each other, then paying attention to the guests coming or leaving.

I like it was Nordic. I wanted to try this location out and Guage it compared to the Abuja location. The guys at the bar were great, and so was Dorcas, who waited on me during breakfast. She was amazing.The security teams were great as well.

No cool views; but really Lagos is very overbuilt and this is to be expected. The views weren’t bad or off putting or anything like that …

There's wasn't really much not to like. Perhaps the bathroom cubicle could have been bigger

I almost overpaid by £300 via booking.com due to "dynamic pricing" On quite a few mornings there was not enough hot water for a hot shower The bar staff are friendly but aren't great at making cocktails The rooms are quite badly designed - not enough hangers / no draws to tidy clothes away etc.

This was my second stay at the Nordic and again, it was great. Location is spot on Food is really good Staff are the best in Lagos WiFi was great Lots of people I knew were also staying there

Great staff, very welcoming and serene hotel. I felt safe and comfortable. The rooms were very standard and comparable to hotels in the USA and Canada. They were also clean and smelt nice. There was hot water and the shower had great pressure The food was good too😁

Externally, No big sign with hotel name. You could almost drive by. once you're in, a different world.

Great hotel. Very Nordic atmosphere. Minimalist yet very functional and complete. The staff were very alert to my needs. A few extra touches made it very desirable for a repeat visit. Handwritten welcome post card!, complementary snacks and soft drinks. wow. Great breakfast that catered for the local palate and western staple.

We had to call twice for slippers to be sent up to the room cos the floors were too cold. Also, we were suprised the bathroom didn't have a bidet

My friend and I loved the hotel, we received a very warm welcome at check in, the room was lovely, it was very clean too. The hotel staff were very kind. The breakfast was real good too.

The breakfast was awesome and much getter thean those in Japans Hotels, where I live. Lost of delicious options. The place is spotless clean and the Staff was extremely polite and gentle.

The property didn’t have enough parking space. Guests may have to park outside the property. Also, the TV had limited channels.

The staff were helpful, the facility was clean and the bed was soft. The welcome drink and snacks in the room was a nice touch.
