Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NigeriaCame for my partners bday celebrations. I arrived later and was told I couldn't have a key. Lady at reception called the room and said no one answered and literally just walked away from me. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Had to call on mobile and ask the lady to call up again. When she did call up she was asked to give me a key and she refused again said she had to come down to sort it out. We didn't make a fuss. That incident aside the staff and place was great.
Stayed two days. Great location, rooms were quiet, AC controls responsive, large selection of TV channels and the room felt very premium. The staff brought up a bday cake for the other half.

NigeriaStayed in a suite, but wasn't impressed with the look and feel of the suite. It felt dated and not so much value for money. Considering the premium rooms have been remodeled, i would expect the suite to also be remodeled to have a more contemporary look and feel. Also the toiletries in the suite was the same with standard and premium rooms- this should be reviewed. A guest staying in your suite should have a sense and feel of luxury. That was missing from my 3 night stay.
